Chris I adore your mastery. I love Liam O’Flynn, and you by far are the only performer I’ve heard to match him by perfection and inspiration. Such confidence can only derive from thousands of hours of practice and a heavenly gift.
Johnny Doran’s version of Colonel Frazers was my favourite, up until now that is, this is simply wonderful Chris and such a beautiful clean tone coming from those pipes...A set of Cillan’s pipes by any chance? If so you are one lucky man but you sure you do them justice. Would love it if you posted a version of Gol na mBan san Ar at some point, that would be awesome- well done you, what a talent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Out of curiosity, is the guitar in open tuning? And if yes, I’m which tune? I’m mostly a bonfire acoustic guitarist and I wanted to start experimenting a bit. I play in a pipes and drums band and I could use it with my highland pipers for some jamming!

Every piper that plays this plays the main tune differently. Some are scarcely recognisable. This is not a criticism of this particular version; it's excellent. It's just an observation.
