silicon spray on a jacket

I have been looking for a rain jacket for a year, so when I saw this jacket, that is not a rain jacket, at a thrift store for $8 I thought I will try something... So I picked up silicon spray to convert it to a rain jacket. This is the result

I want to spray all my coats now! Can you let me know where you got the silicone spray? I also have been looking forever for a good raincoat but how fantastic to take a coat I already love and make it dual purpose. I love it! Thank you!

Canadian tire, but any hardware store has them.
