Aww thank you so much!! I do have a few videos that show how to create mockups but I'll definitely create a new video that focuses on mockups specifically! I get most of my mockups from Creative Market, Shutterstock, and Pexels :)

@SandraDi I was wondering if you have or could make a tutorial on how to create the files and then how you organize them into folders ( step by step) show how you get your designs from canvas/artboard to folder . I am not the most organized person and i tend to forget what went where . Do you have different folders for each new design and put everything from making the design to ETSY postings in there etc...? thank you .I really get a lot of great information from your video's

Hi Sandra! Fantastic video, I just subscribed 🎉. Question for you: I currently have a general shop of digital products (mockups, ai prompts and clipart). I've been open for about a month now and have 12 sales, but it hasn't been consistent. Would you suggest eventually niching down to just one of those products? Or maybe eventually open other stores to sell them separately?
Congratulations on your sales! No need to niche down yet. Keep studying your analytics to see what people are buying most and make more of those products :)

question I did wall art in Canva and started with 18x24" and downloaded as a PDF Print then converted to jpeg. But how do I know if the image is 300dpi? Then when I do the other sizes how to I know it will print correct for customer? Thank you in advance

How to properly market our products ? Because sometimes we don't get sales even after using adds. Please reply. Even after using seo , oyr product is not present on first page ?
It can take time for Etsy to rank your products :) The first place I would market is Pinterest for sure!!
Do etsy favors US based etsy sellers more than any other in the world . ?
Can a older shop pivot to digital products successfully and will Insight factory work for a general shop that has multiple products
Yes you absolutely can pivot and Insight Factory will still recommend different options for your shop to consider!

They are all different! I use a few myself but I like Insight Factory, Marmalead, and Alura. I started with Marmalead in my journey. It's worth trying the free versions of them to see which one you like best

My account was suspended in the beginning too! It was an error. You have to appeal it with Etsy Support so contact them directly :)
im wondering if you'd dive into the risks of relying on platforms like Etsy, Shopify etc? Meaning you put all efforts into making the products, promoting them and then suddenly they shut down your shop for whatever reason even though you follow the TOS. You end up with no email list and ask your business is gone. What is your take on it?
I always recommend building your audience and brand so that when you pivot to somewhere else, they will follow you. That's why an email list is so important :)
Can you give information about in 20 carts?
It means people have added your item to their basket but they haven't purchased yet :)

That's a story for another video!! My shop got suspended when I first opened and it took almost 2 weeks just to get it back
@@SandraDi thanks for your reply, wow your the first person who I’ve heard to get it back, I’ve seen everyone just gets the same generic email after filing an appeal
I have opened 2 new stores in the last month and did not get suspended with either.

Its so normal to feel this way. Very relatable. But keep in mind so many businesses are successful regardless of so much competition. Competition is a good thing :)
