Here's an idea, do the Smoky and the Bandit. Set a timer where you need to get a big rig from the docks to the top of the island in a time you would need to speed, and use a fast car to run blocker and see if you can get the delivery done without cops knowing about the truck. Fast car would also need to escape too to stay with the theme

this legit can't be done given Boat Boy has a criminal record and to become a cop as far as I'm aware in this community requires the character to have a clean record which as said Boat Boy doesn't have

This one was insane! The skydiving reminded me of the classic WKRP In Cincinnati turkeys episode and the escape from the police was something out of the old Knight Rider TV show. The plane crash I never saw coming and was hilarious as hell. Boat Boy and George rock it like nobody else in Sandee's Shores or Lost Sand Toes.
