They did it again with this epic song as the perfect opener for this new album, prior to this all the tracks were already teased with the full titles, can't wait for Time Wave and Light and Darkness, but so far all the songs sounds really good.
SuMetal did a wonderful job with her vocal range in this one and MoaMetal too with her backing chorus.
I'm getting FDTD vibes from this song and totally love it, is one of my favorites, but also I'm getting some Within Temptation vibes with the symphonic touch, another band that I love. I can't wait to see this performing live with a great theatrical stage production, Broadway style.

I love how big it sounds and of course, Su-metal vocals, specially her lower range on the final verse with the drum beats accents.
Su sounds celestial on this track! 🌟The way it's composed highlights her voice in a way I haven't heard before. I'm sure this song will be an otherworldly experience at their concerts. 🦊🤘 I don't think many BABYMETAL songs can captivate me the way this one does without any visuals. I've bought all the new singles to enjoy them to the fullest in FLAC format. 🎶 I think this album is a good complement to their existing catalogue and the songs have so far been great. I prefer the brighter mood of the previous albums, but these songs still carry a positive message and light cannot exist without darkness as their lore says. Listening to them together will bring out new flavors in both old and new songs alike.
People should remember this is 'the other side of Babymetal'. So of course it has to be different from what we've heard before. They've also made it pretty clear they will continue to evolve so I think knowing that makes it easier to roll with them. I love the older stuff from them but you can bet if they were still producing music like the first 2 albums, some would be saying they are getting repetitive and stagnant.

Great reaction - this is the first track on the album and it seems they have gone for a big, epic sound for the intro song. We will see at the weekend if that carries through to becoming the big, theatrical epic show opening too.🤘🦊🤘

I felt "prayer" from this song.
It is going to be a great live performance with the audience united in a big chorus😊that can be fully conveyed in the video. Let's look forward to the excitement of the new BABYMETAL's stage in Japan next week, which I am sure will be released as a video work in the near future.

Nice reaction. They have matured for sure. But I think some folks have lost sight of the fact that this is a concept album. Babymetal traveling through different metalverses. Not their own metalverse. So, no surprise that there isn't a lot of kawaii involved. Since there really isn't any other kawaii metalverse besides their own. With that said. This is a great opening sone to the album. It has a lot to say about life after lockdowns. And Su's voice is more amazing than ever. She uses multiple techniques during the song. While they may be visiting other metalverses they still kept their own mix of genres going. Makes me wonder what metalverse this was supposed to be. An epic one for sure. But it has heavy sound from around the world. From a slow Viking war song to the traditional Japanese drum sounds going on at times. I'm sure there's others I'm missing. Very theatrical. I can't wait to see them live on stage again. Moa once said when Su sings it's like an angel came down. Koba wanted Moa in Babymetal partly for her compatible voice to Su's. And Moa our metal angel is sounding more and more like Su all the time. When she starts to sing on this song it is like an angel joined in. When they go on tour with Sabaton I can picture them joining them on stage for this song. I'm wishing that happens. Would be Epic. Something they're both good at. Now don't squander your freedom. Go forth with your dreams hopes prayers and be free. The writer of this song's lyrics has a lot to say about life. Babymetal everything you want in music and somethings you didn't know you needed.

My opinion about their new direction is that it's probably the next best thing after their old direction. I'm just not sure yet how to take that.
This song gives off a deep feeling, majestic and strong charisma, reminds me of "Within Temptation - The Reckoning and Supernova",

Reactors seem to worry a little too much about what the lyrics are in English. Apart from the fact that half the time Japanese doesn't really translate into English at all because of all the nuance is lost, reading as you go just makes you lose the ability to "feel" the song and music. I usually read the lyrics later to get an idea of what's being said but especially the first few times I hear BM songs, I just don't care. "Don't think, feel."
Yeah I read ahead so I know what is going to be said. I am a fast reader. If I get lost I go with the music. I just wanted to get a feel for what the song was about so I could understand the tone. I have reacted to many things without translation. As a Vocalist I prefer to know the meaning behind it
