I really like your new sofa. You mentioned you are getting a cold sore. When I first feel one I take L-Lysine and it stops the virus. Sometimes I take two or three each day. Love your hauls.
I usually make sure to keep it slathered with Carmex and that knocks it out in a couple days 😁

Have you seen the Grow with Jo youtube channel??? I love her workouts, i do the 10,000 step one 2 or 3 times per week as well as treadmill and aquajogging.... More for mental health than weightloss. My scales do not want to acknowledge my hard work so slowly changing things in my diet to help with that

Talia what is the difference with hand made nails?
*In my understanding* they’re just hand painted, as opposed to maybe machine made like the other styles. I’m not sure if that’s correct or not, but that’s what I’ve always thought.
