Felt like a soul hugging song.
Golden hour was her being aimlessly in love, blind to certain things. Star crossed was her being heartbroken and coming to terms of a failed marriage. And it seems like deeper well is her growing and realizing that not everything is meant to be and she’s okay with that. I love her and this new era!!💚

The musicians look so pleased to be performing the song and Kacey looks very happy with her new music too! As was true with the previous records the lyrics are so touching and the new songs grow on you even more as time goes by. I still listen to the previous albums and find new things to focus on like it's all new. Loved watching this!! Excited for the new album!!!

Once again, her live performance of her song beats the studio recording (which I've also heard). The clarity of the sound, especially her beautiful voice, just comes across better. And the song is just beautiful.
This seems to happen more and more with live performances these days. One reason is because in some cases the studio producers and mixers do a shitty job.
Look at the band! They have probably played this song a hundred times, but it's so ethereal and beautiful and peaceful.... they're blissful in it.
She just means so much to me. When I discovered her in 2017 she changed my life. I moved out of my small town and played her every single day. Golden Hour came out at the perfect time. I was an alcoholic when I saw her live in Texas so I don’t remember too much but now that I’m 3 years sober I’m so ready to see her in a new turn of my life. Kacey has my whole heart. And this song is probably one of my favorite songs that’s been released in years. I love her so much. 🥹💚

She looks and sounds incredible. I loved every song on Golden Hour and a few on star-crossed, so I'm familiar with Kacey's work. When this song originally came out, I thought it was fine, but not amazing - but this live version is absolutely spectacular, really rich and renewing. You can practically hear Kacey smiling through the whole thing!

Love the quilted dress, totally vibes with the Deeper Well music video. I absolutely LOVE the soulfullness of this song. It takes experiencing a lot of emotional violence to become this gentle and centered. "I found a deeper well...." beautiful.

Is very true this song had lifted me up in lyrical instrumentally talk too that was needed. And yes it is a hug song because I had a very special friend come visit me in my lowest part of my life . After a two hour talk all was solve with the longest hug 🫂 I had in life . And this song put out some examples of me to be honest. Love it . Thank you Kacey Musgraves for your music .
