Marvel and DC comics have been known to do crossovers in the comic books over the last few decades. Here at CBR, we have been thinking about one specific swap that we think is an absolute game changer. With his third film in his franchise coming out this year, Thor: Ragnarok, we believe the God of Thunder should take the Bifrost into the DC Universe and join The Justice League.
We aren’t saying that Thor should replace any of the current members of the League. We want him to fight alongside all Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and all the other teammates. How exciting would that be to see Batman and Thor sitting in the Bat Cave strategizing about how to fight their opponents? If something went wrong, Thor could address the world as himself and none of the other members would have to reveal the secret identity. Fighting side-by-side with Superman, their combined levels of strength could take down anyone in the universe. Thor could take on Black Adam if need be. He would even be able to protect Superman or Martian Manhunter from magical elements if it comes to that. Thor is so versatile and capable that his addition to the team would be a game changer.
After all, he is the God of Thunder, defender of Asgard and Earth, and has one awesome head of hair. Who wouldn’t want to be on his team? Want to know all the reasons why Thor should be a member of The Justice League? Watch our video and find out more about this amazing hero.

Canucks Fan Wonder Woman is the only good DC movie (that wasn't a Batman movie) that DC has put out in like 20 years. And let's be honest even some of the Batman movies were terrible. Unless I'm forgetting some awesome DC movie, MARVEL just makes more entertaining movies hands down. They may not be oscar worthy but they are still fun to watch.

Why do people keep thing that Superman has a weakness to magic. He DOES NOT HAVE A WEAKNESS TO MAGIC. He simply doesn't have the same level of invulnerability to it that he does normal attacks like bullets, bombs, missiles, and energy beams. It's capable of hurting him. But it doesn't weaken him. Kryptonite is his only true actual "weakness". If he fought the Marvel Thor, he would still kick Thor's butt even with the hammer. Supes has beaten plenty of magic based foes so an opponent using magic or magic based capabilities and weapons won't always work against Supes. And plus half the stuff he said about Thor in this video is extreme exaggeration. His strategic thinking is nowhere near Batman's, DC already has several extremely super-powered beings on Thor's level that can takes out magical enemies, there are many Marvel characters who need a secret identity just like there are some DC characters who really don't like Wonder Woman or Cyborg. Many of the things stated in this video were not on point.

Thor is already in DC. He's a mythological god and not owned by Marvel. Just the big, blond version shown in comics is owned by Marvel, DC's version is more faithful to the Norse description of Thor. DC Thor is taller than Marvel Thor, bigger, has a full red beard, carries a Mjolnir that does not look like a block of stone on a stick and has gifted Superman and Wonder Woman with honorary Asgardian status. They are both welcome to make their homes in Asgard after they saved it from demons and monsters in a war that lasted 1,000 years.
Also, Shazam and Wonder Woman are equal to Thor. Wondy has thousands of years of training over Thor and Shazam can match him punch for punch.

Well based off of what is in the comics, Thor is Superman's equal without a doubt. Definitely since it is shown. But anyways If I'm not mistaken Shazam is on par or nearly on par with Superman. So Thor is not far superior to WW and Shazam.

Game Theory/Film Theory provens super man strength in the video batman would win in the fight all he needs is a robotic super suit. So that got me thinking. The strength of iron man? I already know that Hulk is stronger then Iron man so is it possible that with just a couple punches would superman die? The answer is no he would bleed so tony would probably buy some kryptonite because he's rich and boom the justice leagues leader is dead. Next we have batman which would be a breeze sense he is just a ripped human. Now wonder women. I don't think her laso would do much on hulk. Now aquaman... I think hulk would just say "Punny Fish" and stomp on him. Next we have green lattern although he is strong I don't think his ring will do much because he can make guns appear with ring and I don't think that would do much. Last we have the flash. I think the flash would try to punch him and immediately break is hand. That's why I think hulk would beat the justice league

Avengers need Thor more than Justice League, they have enough magical beings between Wonder Woman and Shazam and godlike powerhouse like Superman and Martian ManHunter, adding Thor would just be overkill.
I agree it would be cool to see Thor team up with them, as he could amp up Superman (channel solar rays into him), Green Lantern (amplify energy of his constructs), Wonder Woman (she can legit wield Mjolnir), etc. powers in very interesting ways, but Avengers need a powerhouse of their own (Hulk is unreliable with temper tantrums and Sentry is completely incompetent as a hero).

Really see no need for Thor as the JL has many characters that can do what Thor can already. Strength, they have Superman, Shazam, Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman to name a few. Wonder Woman has far more experience fighting than Thor has and is a better fighter. Magic is covered by the JL Dark and besides DC has far more magical characters.
A better angle would be who could he replace in the event of a JL member dieing and for that I would suggest Wonder Woman, even though I prefer her.

I would love to see THOR join forces with SUPERMAN, WONDER WOMAN and AQUAMAN. They are not super-enhanced humans, but real superheroes.
