- Today we put Peters piranha 190cc engine back together with a new transmission, Piston, rings, shift shaft, gaskets and 17T Sprocket.
This was a real head scratcher but we made it work!

I love rebuilding bikes too but can be frustrating when bolts snap

I was rebuild 140cc by my slef like first time using yt and i have same problem with shifting and i rebuild engine like 10 time and fix it idk how now its working perfect

When you first showed it it's working right you have to move it back and forth to make it shift in to the gears it's common to have to move it they do the same thing in the ooracingtube videos

is the shift start mod in?
I put it on but then I took it off because I thought that it was causing the shifting issue. And after taking apart twice I didn’t feel like going back and put the shifter mod back on when I realized it works fine running. I’ll get back into it probably on the next oil change tho

That’s great man can’t wait to see more content with the 190 not a lot of people know about that engine! Do you know if the zs190 gear set fits the piranhas?
@@DanielGutierrez-gk3qo yeah I’m newer to the 190s but I’ve already learned so much about them taking this one apart. They gear set should fit just fine. The one tbolt sells is the newer style 190 so one of the transmission shafts are a bit thicker. Ours is the older 190 so I had to reuse that factory shaft. Everything else fit perfect
This is off the subject but I would of trade you the non starter casing half and fly wheel igniton for the kick start only racing parts ignition off my Daytona engine I can't use kick start on most of my builds and the parts I have are no good to me but are still really good like new. For the parts you don't needed or use. I'll watch this a couple of times and if I see anything I'll let you no thanks for the video 🛠️👍👌✌️💯

I may be interested in my bike when I end up rebuilding it as well. The case half and all is all the same?
@@slavsquad yup I have both but I don't have any use for the non starter stuff and my Daytona engine is the racing version so is the ignition stuff it different parts then the electric start . I have converted mine to electric start not completely done yet I need the starter it self. I actually used z's 190 parts to do it so I no it's all interchangeable let me no when you do yours I can tell you how to make a beast for cheap close to 30hp if you want it. Down to were to get the parts the cheapest for the most HP mine fuel injection but I'll tell you it not cheap to do its just makes it super easy to tune and saves on fuel the main reason I did it 🏍️👍👌✌️💯🛠️
@@josephsaucedo8691 I do want to build one to be really fast. So I may be hitting you up sooner than later. Do you injection sounds really nice but it depends how expensive it is to do that.
@@cobalt930 perty much but used the racing version Daytona engine with 190zs Fe parts the engine is out of a mini gp bike it had a snap input shaft it had 15 hr I bought off a CZcamsr that races bikes if you type 190 on CZcams you might be able to find out how I bought it from other people have at least. Iv done a lot of thinking to these engine to find out what works and what doesn't and try to help people do the same with out getting ripped off.👍👌✌️💯🛠️🏍️🥂
