Full scale maglev implementation should be double width or about 8 meters. That has been a railroad goal since the beginning the railroad age in the 1840s. The stability would support three passenger levels. The top two levels could be continues luxury passenger space. The first level is likely not continues between the train cars, noisy and used for cargo. There could be simultaneous drive-on drive-off perpendicular loading of automobiles and cargo containers on the first level in the period of about a minute.
This configuration could likely offer stable performance up to at least 1,000 kph extremely fast, but below sonic boom generation. The top level passenger space could have vista dome roofs allowing passengers to see forward watching the scenery. All high speed trains need incrementally nearly free electricity such as their own hydropower generators with unlimited water. New technology nuclear power may offer the next best option.
The wide 8 meter wide loading gauge would allow easy transfer of very large assemblies great distance overland changing the world we live in. The passenger train could carry people in more comfort in 1/4 the length of todays popular single level passenger trains stretching out several city blocks.

This is not a high speed train (HST).
This is a MAGLEV (magnetic levitation) train that is different.
HSTs do have wheels that make contact with rails, MAGLEVs don't have wheels nor rails, so these are different categories.
Please don't spread confusion about these two different concepts.
