Taylor really hit the nail on the head when she talked about how female artists are always expected to reinvent themselves. People literally want her to do a new genre every album lmao.
i’m sorry, but Taylor is not getting rid of Jack anytime soon they’re literally best friends and Taylor clearly feels like she can open up to him and be really vulnerable with him and that’s huge when it comes to a producer/co-writer
Personally their sound together is getting tiring. And I blame both Taylor and Jack for it. Bc Taylor is the one who's in control. They can do 2-3 songs an album, but half an album or full album is too much at this point. It's boring
I agree and would also add that Taylor is also listed as a producer, so she is clearly in control of her work. If you don't like her work, then move on and stop complaining, IMO.
@@rloyBBThe only reason I don't find it tiring is because a lot of musicians are not using instruments to create their songs, and at least Jack and Taylor still are. That's actually a big reason the songs sound the same. Now if she goes off, and does that pop sound that we here a lot, we may get a Dua Lipa 3rd album where no one will care. Maybe if Taylor goes even more with full instruments with another producer, it could be more appealing and different. But I think if she does go to another producer, it will be manufactured reused sounds that we hear from all the pop girls.

I can do with a broken heart is not the only bop on the first half of the album. guilty as sin, but daddy i love him, down bad, my boy… you can also bop to the verses and pre-courses of fresh out the slammer.
she already did that with folklore. She was working on a new album that no one not even her label knew about until a week before the release. she didn’t do a pop thing & she didn’t release a lead single for the first time ever and she announced it 12 hours before it came out.
Jack is catering to what vibe she wants.....blaming Jack for an album not being what YOU want it to be is just small dick energy for not telling TS directly you want something different from her....If you listen to other people he has produced the sound / vibe is totally different 🤷♀️ So he is capable of switching it up, but that is not what is being asked of him....

The long concert thing,if I’m paying over $500.00 or more for tickets I want my money’s worth and like an hour or so isn’t your moneys worth, ERAS TOUR is your moneys worth,Billie doesn’t have enough material for a 3 hour show anyways. Had she said that before the tour started I wouldn’t care much,but for Billie to say that while it’s the highest grossing concert tour of all time seems ignorance mixed in with a little jealousy,you look at the ERAS numbers obviously people do want a 3 hour show,many solo artists and bands have had 3 hour shows over the years.
I love the theory of the "you smoked and ate 7 bars of chocolate" line being about him "eating," like killing it, 7 bars, like in a musical sense, his song Chocolate. It makes the line way less silly to me. 🍫

Afaik Billie's catalogue is just over 3 hours long so she would have to play most of it. I think Billies management made a miscalculation in thinking that releasing her album less then a month after Taylors and just after the restart of her tour would still be enough for Billie to get nr 1. When time came close i think they got nervous and i think they tried to galvanize her fans and some of the anti Swift sentiment but they overdid it and got a response because Taylor is at times petty and cares about the rankings and accolades.

billies manager has been liking and retweeting hate tweets specifically about taylor. even posted his own anti taylor tweets dating back to like 2014. the way billie has been acting/shit shes been saying, her brother making jokes about "taylor sue them" on a hot mic, and top it off with her own manager feeling comfortable enough to be liking and retweeting hate about HER PEER who has only publicly shown respect? billie does everything that she talks shit on other artists for doing. shes throwing rocks in her glass house. its ridiculous to give her the benefit of the doubt over and over again.
also its fuckin baffling that this 40something year old man just told a long winded story about choking on a popsicle alone in bed with no pay off, yet his 'nightmare' is having travis kelce on his podcast and "pretending to care what he says"...come the fuck on now....insincerity is in the air this ep. foh
The problem with Jack's production is that there is no-one who says that the quality of the Eras tour live production is so much less that it is noticeable. So if the live band can produce an accompanying sound that is on par with the album production then there is something wrong.
Why would it be a problem that real instruments can produce the same sound on the album? Do you not like real instruments in songs?
@@lexis4490 They don't though, i hear more people talking about the songs sounding better live then they did on the album. My favourite band is Tool and there the talk is often how good they sound live almost studio quality!
Now i fully understand that the two are not comparable, Tool is a full band while Taylor is a lyricist/singer with accompanying sound. But take the smallest man, i found it an ok track on the album but live it comes across so much better and the introduction of the drumline, the rhythm is more hidden on the album, made it awesome. My question is more if Jack might be a bit stuck on what he can do with Taylor and that a bit of spice might liven it up a bit.
Take Billies album, a lot of people were surprised by the music on some of the tracks, i haven't heard someone talk like that about TTPD.
Go to Lisbon. It’s gorgeous and everyone is so nice. The entire country is gorgeous and only a 5 hr flight from Boston. Azores and Madeira are also gorgeous.
imo Aaron dessner is a lot more one note than Jack. regardless, I think jack will be involved in every Taylor project moving forward so y'all just have to get used to it at this point lol

I split the album into running sessions. For upbeat I do first half and for recovery runs I do second half. I do not shuffle or mix it up 😂

I think when Taylor changed her record label she was free to pick her own collaborates, but that meant she lost the ones from her old label (Martin & Shellback) which is why her sound changed a bit, so I would like to see her open her pool of collaborators again. But I really love jacks sound I don't want him to totally go away.

If Taylor Swift uses a different producer, I beg her not to use samples and not to be overproduced. So many musicians use samples. So many songs are overproduced that the lyrics don't even matter. They can mumble, don't make sense, and repeat lines over and over. Lot of times the songs are overproduced because they are referencing a song that was already made, but don't want to officially sample it. Nostalgia is killing creativity in music right now.
It seems Gia and I have similar taste as I too watch HTHaze.
sometimes I feel like these girls only like Taylor because they are able to make money off of it. like listening to hthaze when he so clearly does not like Taylor or take her as an artist seriously
