I'm hoping this reading means the end of the Picses who has been relentless in trying to force himself into my life for the past 8 years is a done deal. I've been rejecting him continuously, but he will not accept "no." We've never had a romantic or love based relationship. He's a neighbor who had become fixated on me and that then turned into full-blown obsession. I've been silent and have been in no contact for 2.5 years now.
