What does 16F stand for? Is that double crochet?
Yes DC. FA in round 2 is supposed to be a DC decrease if translated correctly but she's actually doing a puff stitch not a decrease.
Puff st:
ch 3
yarn over pull up loop
yarn over pull up loop
yarn over pull through all loops on the hook
Ch 1 to close the puff stitch
Her hands are off camera most of the time so it's hard to tell what she's doing. I believe it is just the sunburst granny square though. If you look it up there are a lot of American or UK patterns for it.
