Edit: I did my research on Novel Pennywise. C.A.S is being absolutely dominated. P. is so strong he scales over all of existence or the dark tower (which houses infinite floors, with each floor housing infinite universes, with those universes holding infinite universes with each universe holds its own hierarchy of worlds which have their own infinite worlds, dimensions, ect.). He is omnipresent which already puts him above anything in the DC verse with the exception of the presence/perpetua or any other being such as The Darkest Knight, Superboy Prime ect. He is a conceptual being whom the author couldnt even stop. (C.A.S cant change the story himself. His presence is what causes the change to the story. He beat Mandrakk (the antagonist of his comic) by asking the author to help remove Mandrakk from the story, hence the victory of C.A.S.
