A good tackle, Punished by a Nanny

Graham, you just waffled for 6 minutes and said nothing of substance. Jeral Skelton’s tackle was more than moderate force, had a significantly higher risk of injury and it’s labelled ‘hit of the year’. Care to explain that one? May as well eliminate tackling from the game.

    It was a great tackle

This type of tackle used to get a “Get that into ya” and probably used in a Big Hits Compilation

Absolutely.. You would get " Man of the Match " with a couple of those per game....

The fact that this guy is defending this decision makes a solid argument for the whole bunker to be removed

Graeme- what about when Marcelo was going to score the try and a titan player grabbed him by the neck and put him in touch. I would argue that too had moderate level of force and moderate risk of neck/head injury. Yet no penalty was given nor anyone said anything. If you are going to have standards then make it consistent across the board week in week out. We as fans are sick and tired of inconsistency.

Dude….all that showed me was a woman (who has never tackled anyone) having a shocker with a decision based on what might have been, and an old guy defending her by spinning it with rubbish.

Whether she’s tackled anyone and played the game I don’t know and shouldn’t matter, but other than that you are 100% spot on 👍

That was a textbook tackle if ever I saw one. Head made contact with the ground? That’s very tackle that goes to ground. I’m all for player welfare but this is taking it way too far.

What’s the point of having the media at these press conferences, they very rarely say anything and never ask hard questions

"look at these more forensically" is where you're fking up the game. Every 2nd tackle "looked at "forensically"could be along the same lines as "ooh his head has hit the ground. Poor thing. Sin bin and report that cnnt!".
