THe federal courts don't appoint anyone. The president does and senate judiciary committee (followed by a senate vote) confirms the appointments.

The Indian supreme court handles 8000 cases a year, and the number is only set to increase this year.

Except for the bad tenants who have joined this syndicated group too get their needs met. They bully the good tenants. , through horassment, stocking- and intimidation, by vandalizing their aptments. Telling the police their crazy. Turning off their heat, breaking the plumbing. Tampering with their food and water.
