I just turned 20 too. I dress like this because every time I see an older person dressing cool I'm happy for them. Just know you'd be a role model down the road and live for yourself
You can dress however you want! I'm turning 21 this year but I don't really dress mature either and I love cute clothes and the color pink. Just because we're adults doesn't mean we should start dressing basic and only wear dark gloomy colors. We can wear whatever we want ^_^
