Strawberry Yogurt Cake - Refreshing Summer Cake #20

Ingredients for the base:
• 2 eggs (M)
• 75g (2.6 oz) sugar
• 30g (1 oz) flour
• 30g (1 oz) potato starch
• 25g (.9 oz) almonds (ground)
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• Pinch of salt (optional)
Ingredients for yogurt cream:
• 8 sheets of white gelatin
• 500 g (17.6 oz) yogurt
• 4 tbsp lemon juice
• 100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
• 300 ml (10 fl.oz) whipped cream
• 25 g (.9 oz) sugar
Further ingredients:
• 1 packet of red cake icing
• 600 g (21 oz) strawberries
