This is one me and Justin did a couple of years ago. This abandoned property was one of the worst ones I've seen. We kept hearing noises inside so we assumed it was full of squatters
I am out of town this week but next week will be out helping our community again. I appreciate all your patience.

Cleaning that up is a huge help. It makes it look like it's been bought and someone is moving in. The squatters will have to move on. Great job, Brian.

That wasn’t a lawn clean up. That was a house excavation! That place was BURIED. And 102°! You must have felt like you were in Egypt doing an archeological dig!
How long do you suppose it took that place to get in that condition?
Three years? Maybe four or more?

Things are changing in this country. For the better. That’s what this video proves.
Georgia just voted in a tough anti-squatters law. Makes it much easier to get rid of them. Some may even be prosecuted for damage and displacement.

After watching you with that small chainsaw. I showed my husband. I am disabled and only have use of one arm. So hubby bought me a stil it works great. I have the ability to do my landscape trimming.

Great job! Fl just passed a law where the police will come in and remove squatters immediately. There will be no long drawn out court cases. That is the way it should be. The court system in this Country is out of hand. It's not about the law anymore.

I don't know how you can be out in that heat doing this work! And I'll never understand why banks aren't required to maintain the property if they foreclose. It's just inviting squatters. What a relief for the whole neighborhood it must be to see this place cleaned up.

Quite the transformation ! That wasn't easy, and in those high temperatures it had to be a real challenge, but you both managed to do your usual knockout job. Thank you for helping that neighborhood, and hopefully keep squatters out now that it looks like somebody is taking care of the property.

We don't have squatters, as they are arrested for burglary and trespassing! Brian, that yard was a disaster but you got it looking really good and I know the neighbors appreciated your hard work.

It would make a lot more sense for banks to work with people and keep homes occupied, rather than alowing them to be destroyed by squatters and the elements and have their value decrease to zero.

Places like this draw alot of unwanted creatures and bugs and unfortunately squatters as well as trash and unwanted vandalism.
Without people like you and your helper this situation would grow more and be accepted as well. You set the standard of how people and communities, the city council people in charge should get together and not accept this kind of problems for their community.
Sometimes it takes a village to build a community of excellence and fellowship as well as a team for the good of all.
