The pink braids were from Tom's video Everybody Hates Me.
Mac Lethal said Tom looked gay in his diss track, Single White Female. The picture of Tom that Mac used in that video was a screenshot of Tom from his Everybody Hates Me video.
This song (No Response) is actually still part of the diss tracks between Mac Lethal and Tom Macdonald. Most people only react to the first three songs in the diss tracks. But the songs in order of the whole beef between Mac Lethal vs Tom Macdonald are as follows...

Because Mac decided to use his second diss track to promote his music because he knew it was getting massive views, Tom decided to one up him and promoted his albums at the end of No Response and I'm Sorry.

#HOG in the house. This is the first of what i describe as several of Tom's masterpieces like a Rembrandt or a Beethoven. His cadence changes, lyricism, musical creativity, schemes and his ability to do tongue twisters while clearly enunciating and projecting, and his presence and acting in front of the camera is truly impressive. This was the song after his mac trample, where he sets out his philosophy and principles going forward when it came to beefs. Tom from day one had a significant contingent of stalking haters, from lefty Stan's saying he had no talent and couldn't clean Eminem's shoes, many of whom also were of the woke, censorship cancel crowd. But the third category were CZcams rappers and reactors who would play Tom for clicks, to call him not good or corny because of his politics.. Wanting to profit off his clicks while not respect him. Crypt was one of Mac Lethals friends who didn't get caught saying crap in social media. But Tom sent ssome shots his way. One was when he said he would buy your parents house, and you living in the basement will raise the rent to evict you. Another is in the clap session where he takes a pen and pad and records his raps in a clothes closet. After the scheme of loading your dead pic on the internet to create a donate button for your mom, he says his songs are like the DaVinci code. What he is reinforcing is like he says throughout that he googles your wealth, and if you are below me, knowing if you are throwing shots at Tom, you are just chasing clout and fame. So Tom's response is NO RESPONSE...in name. But he will in his bars give enough info to where people in the know, will absolutely know who he is talking about. He gets his say with acknowledging you, which means you failed and to quit picking that fight . It will only result in people laughing at you and you getting frustrated. But also, you never know how serious these fans that are haters are. So it is a perfect way to deescalate the situation. subbed for more Tom

By the way, that was the first and only to diss tracks that Tom has ever done. At the time he said he wasn't busy so he figured why not? Can you imagine if he really wanted to go hard on someone what that would be like?
