You can fire your lawyers before trial but it can’t be obvious that the reason is to delay trial. Clearly it won’t work in this case. The Judge would just force him to trial and choose which particular lawyers to fire while keeping the others.

Well, first of all, Justice Thomas is still on the bench and isn’t recusing himself for anything. Second of all, the Supreme Court justices make decisions that have huge impacts on all Americans. This judge in NY isn’t even deciding guilt or innocence, the jury will do that. Third and not that important, the parent-child relationship is very different from spousal relationship and spouses are partners that more often align on many things compared to a parent and child.

These kind of requests happen every day many times and are processed in a similar timeline. This isn’t the US Supreme court where decisions take longer understandably.

Simply that while death happens it should not be considered as final and absolute, giving people on earth hope that a deceased person can live again. Is that the message of an eclipse? It's a matter of perspective, the native American perspective just might have it wrong, the real tragedy is if I am right, and no one in history has picked up on this possibility?

Judges are not crooked merely because they disagree with your bias.
The appeals court's reasoning is something that trump & his team can't over-come: "You've had months & months to file these challenges; why did you wait until the absolute last minute to do them?" The trump team has no legitimate response to this and won't be able to overcome that question because the prosecution rightly points out that these are nothing more than last second delay tactics. Donnie should just man up & grow a pair; enough of acting like a spoiled, entitled, trust fund baby with these last second "everyone is being so mean to me" specious court filings.
