They are not listening to the customers requests after sale in warranty period. No response from customer service centre. Small jar base become useless early in warranty period. To purchase a new one. No help from sujata company.

Now the big jar is also jam. Sujata mixer grinder is not a good product. We rarely using it. Hence it become useless wthin a short time.
