New Fiora buff: if fiora hits all 4 marks of her R on someone they gain a debuff where instead of only 1 mark of her passive appearing 2 marks now appear. This effect can stack up to 4.

Fiora has the equivalent of this already. Her E can CRIT the towers, and she can Q the tower.

No matter what you build, AP, AD or even tank, Jax is getting a SIGNIFICANT buff.
Not only W and R deal damage to structures now, but W also properly resets off them.
As a result, if you build Sheen items, you will gain even more advantage when pushing.
Riot saw trundle and was like, jax needs that too!

It's a buff to all forms of Jax because now it's an actual AA reset. It has a 10s duration, so you previously had to wait for that 10s duration to expire before it would begin to cool down. It felt like absolute trash to use W on towers. You can see the difference in the video where the PBE Jax gets 3 W's off in the time it takes for live Jax to even have access to his 2nd and the W on PBE Jax wasn't even used the moment it came off CD either time after the first, you waited a couple seconds to use it, so that could've been 4 in the time it took live Jax to get off 2. It should've always been like that to be honest since nearly every other champion works that way, I.E. Nasus and Rengar or even Fiora.
Remember when a dev said that Corki is kept intentionally weak because of pro play? Now one of pro play's best champions is getting a massive buff that makes him EVEN BETTER IN PRO PLAY!

The thing with corki is they want him in adc but I see more pro players had him in mid.
This is more of a soloq buff, but yea. I dont think jax needed it.
Now, make all abilities cast-able on structures and wards. Stun abilities make towers unable to shoot, wards dont provide vision for a brief moment.
Hook abilities now can move structures.

Funny things in Heroes of the storm, Sylvanas used to be able to stun towers with her auto attack. She could just push if nobody came to stop her. Oh and Sergent Hammer (the tank unit from SC2) can outrange tower from level 1 (but it roots her as long as she's in siege mode, much like the SC2 unit). That game had crazy ideas :')
not an structure but... hook abilities moving wards would be insanely cool actually

I mean I can accept W actually getting consumed on hitting a turret, because using it as an AA reset and then just getting stuck waiting for the buff to wear out before it went on CD or having to aa a minion, removing the use of it as an AA reset, was annoying AF. Having both it and ult actually dmg turrets is just dumb though.
I agree W reset has been needed ever since they did fiora Q hitting tower.

Funny how in the latest patch notes they said that they want to make tower stronger because they have been weak for such a long time now, so they are giving them a bit more hp and making them more resistant to backdoors without minions. But at the same time they add these weird harold changes with the voidmites or whatever and are going to buff jax so he absolutely shreds towers.
Turrets are a JOKE. Earlier today I witnessed an Alkali tanking FIVE turret shots. Ffs, Riot?
@@andoresue It's this overall powercreep in the game with more gold and stronger items, harold, stronger champions, dragon buffs etc. with every patch while towers just stayed the same forever. The game can be over so quick if one team gets a good ace, because the towers are just a joke nowadays.

while i think this is something that should've always worked like that (at least for the W), the damage does kinda feel a bit too high
btw i would've liked if u had made an ad test as well, since building ap increases the damage vs turret by a lot because of mages, so hybrid/ap basic atk champs are naturally astronomically absurd against towers

Not surr about the ult change, but his W is definitely needed. Most AA resets work on Towers and structures (as in they deal bonus damage AND goes on CD) except for Jax weirdly.
Well he’s one of the best, if not the best tower taker in the game so it was probably intentional.

@@ObliqueXuba Champs are much more squishy now since it's missing the armor/mr passive, but it is good on champs like trundle still that have high attack speed, but more or less significantly nerfed for champs like urgot, illaoi, or yorick that maybe they'll still build it but it's not as tuned for them. Garen still might use it, jax it's possible, yone could still be an issue with it, but mostly just trundle that can definitely abuse it. As a garen OTP I don't really have an issue with jax, but hullbreaker will probably still be a good item for him in most games.

Don't forget they also reworked Hullbreaker making its passive every 5 AA deals bonus damage to Epic monsters, Champions, or Towers.
Jax, the 2nd highest picked top laner across nearly every elo, with an equally high ban rate (highest top lane ban in high elo), going up to nearly 50% pick/ban in high elo.
Pairing all that with an incredible winrate over 50% in nearly every elo, at 52% in high elo (53% in earlier patches).
And he's been in this state for months.
So what does Riot do? Buffs.

No, it goes from 10% to 30% ban rate, as people learn how to play the champ the win rate goes up hence the ban rate and the pick rate. Its not 50 pick or ban, just dont feed him and you will win

@@seweski5569 Best build on Camille has been Trinity w conq for a while now if u want to carry a game fyi while Jax barely ever built trinity cause he doesn't need more ad over divine's sustain so he can get more ability casts out and not get oneshot in a single cc. He doesn't really need the attackspeed and ad from trinity, and he got magic pen from divine aswell which is also good, since like 40% of his dmg is magic dmg.
And I'm not even trying to defend any buff related to Jax, cause I permaban that champ on main, I'm just telling u that Camille and Jax or any Divine user are not the same.
Next PBE cycle: Veigar can use R on towers, cooldown resets if said tower is getting destroyed by it

To be fair, this has been one of the only auto reset abilities that doesn't work on towers. It honestly felt like a bug.
So ap jax is basically the fastest turret destroyer in the game now….

I mean, Jax is solid, but lategame "full build" AP Ziggs with Lichbane just oneshot towers in literally 1 auto + W. Nasus...Stax! Veigar + Lichbane? Stax! Yorick with ulti is on the same scale.
@@MrRumbiSTerrible take and you probably know it. Nasus needs to last hit minions with Q which can be denied and delayed. Same applies to Veigar's passive, albeit on an smaller scale. And both Veigar and specially Ziggs do not have the the same resistances as Jax either, much less considering this is still intended for AD Jax and still a big buff for him.

I mean, the W change probably should have happened since most auto attack resets and empowers do work on towers and actually go down in CD properly rather than sitting there unused. Fiora's E, Xin Q, TF W, Leona Q, Jayce W, etc. They all use the ability and let it cooldown properly while Jax W just... doesn't. It was almost useless as an AA reset on towers unless you really had to push hard and even then, kinda sucked compared to basically every other reset in the entire game given it had to finish its duration AND then go through its CD, which is 10 seconds plus 7s at level 1 to 3s when maxed, which would make it the longest CD for tower pushing AA resets. It's felt like trash for more than the last decade to use on towers.
I'm still waiting for Kassadin's W do deal damage to towers. Not as impactful but annoying nonetheless

I didn't say that Yorick is bad, but he need the planets beign align and the perfect situation to do his best.
- Most of the top laners can deny the split of the Yorick, you don't have autonomy to force anything, you have to play on the other laner fault.
- If the opposite laner decide to go to the TF, you have to pray for him to not get a kill while you take the tower or you'll not be able to split him anymore.
- Yorick must play a perfect game to be able to have pressure or your oponent be dumb or don't know how to play against Yorick, there's no room for errors in his gameplay.
I know what I'm talking about, I'm mono Yorick.
With the Rift Herald and the new worms passive he just has to focus on push as jungler or top

i think it is normal, cause jax in wild rift can do that when he release until now, the only difference here is the items, pc items kinda broken, so jax will be a little unbalanced when he split push
It make sense w hits tower now, but the numbers don't, I think the only way to balence this is to make Anivia R able to damage tower as well, it is to me deepest concern and belief that this is the only solution and right solution to this problem, also nerf Ivern or something, idk I'm not on riot's balencing team

Lulu should be able to ult towers, giving the towers extra HP and knocking up nearby enemies, also polymorph enemy towers
