With dragon bones and using suicide method you can actually get over 700k pray exp/h. Train in pvp worlds, camelot respawn, locator orb to 1hp and click wine, ghorrok teletab back to wildy. 1.4m exp/h with superiors. If a pker does get on you just use protect item and keep using bones, you will likely not lose many as you can protect 4 bones on death. Sucide method done correctly is actually faster or just as fast as using noted bones, because trip times are so short, and you can bring full inventories.
And if you're a mega nerd with 99 con you can use bulwark, arma top, con cape, and locator orb. Fill the invy with 28 bones and home tele -> use wilderness portal to 44 wildy and run to alter. Suicide with protect item on and you're left with the bulwark, arma top, con cape, and locator orb to do it again. I set my quick prayers to protect item, protect mage, and augury(for the magic defence). ill get 99 prayer someday but now that I see its going to be less than 50m to get 99 from where i'm at it might be sooner rather than later
I did my 77-99 prayer here at around 6 AM CST. Only had to hop 2-3 times per hour. I was bringing about 200 bones per trip and only lost around 500 the entire grind
Would you ever consider doing a “this is how you escape pkers 101 video” I can pick up a lot of tips in context but a simple easy to follow step by step guide would be a super cool bit of content that I would love to see.

@@zapdust2928 respawn location lumbridge, bring black dhide top and legs and a burning amulet equipped nothing else, bring locator orb (or rock cake if you dont have) and rest invent bones. Use burning amulet to tp lava maze run to the altar use bones, eat down to 1hp with locator orb or rock cake, tale the zammy wine and suicide. When you teleport to lava maze put on protect from magic, augury and protect item. Rinse and repeat (use pvp world so you can bank when you respawn lumbridge)
You could just suicide without any equipment, I just came naked, with burning amulet, full inv of d bones, use them, suicide on the zammy jug that's right on the table, and repeat
Kind of wild that sometimes the wilderness is super dead and you can just run around doing whatever in maxed gear without seeing a single person, and then sometimes you see a bunch of people. I remember training prayer on this alter for awhile and getting a mix of both super active zones and complete dead zones during my time there.
for normalish people trying noted bones dont do all at once. a few banks due to needing stamina pots is worth it if not as good as PP and still will be worth it if you know how to tank.
For sure should have clarified this. I'd say 500-1000 is the sweet spot. If I were to do this again I might've used graceful so that I didn't need stamina at all. But if you're doing that make sure you parchment the graceful pieces.
@@poisonedpotion brother on rune light there's a plug-in called the world Hopper where you can set keys to quick hop for you so you keep your inventory open to use the bones and then keep your other hand on your keyboard to use the shortcut as soon as you see a pker
500 bones uses a whole stamina and run energy so OP was carrying around 15k extra bones, no food and carry less inv to have empty hand and a leather coif with staff and ser on inv
The wiki tends to go with more conservative estimates for xp etc if you aren't completely tryharding or doing risky stuff like this lol but they also sometimes mention the tryhard rates for max efficiency methods of things
idk, i swear sometimes they only post the tryhard rates. like their sepulchre rates seem BS unless u never loot, and even then you have to be playing perfectly to match their rates
I did this.. but instead of risking that much, I had an Alt log in behind the alter (no one ever logs in there) and log in, trade bones and cash and log out rapid.. Also the one with all the bones was high def and hard to kill
I got 99 on my alt recently by doing the chaos altar in 1 inv trips. I maintained 450k/hrs my ignoring pkers and letting them attack me while I finished the inv. Protected bulwark, K top and burning army on death. Doing this I only lost exactly 187 bones from being pked. It's a fair option. Tip, die to the chaos fan and respawn in edge or something better if it exists. You actually leverage the pkers to your advantage with this method because they lower your health while you're using bones to make dying faster.
I think it would have been great to have an alt account near your combat level with junk rag gear. I'm talking mith crossbow, some poison bolts, black dhide and a crystal shield. If a solo pker tried to get you, you could just attack with the alt and that would easily give you room to log out and if the alt died.. oh no 10k-20k in gear! Either way, great video
I did 1-97 prayer at the Chaos Altar with dragon bones, spent only 150M and used superior dragon bones for my final two levels at the Gilded Altar. I only recommend to plays who have patience. Tips I can throw out, risk 150-300 noted dragon bones when the wilderness is clear and dead. Make sure to turn friend chat off and be prepared to die a million times lmao.

i just did 79-90 prayer in like a day and a half At chaos altar. I feel for you. not only is the clicking intensive. But MAN. THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE hunting there to get ~20-30k worth of bones (because you can offer some usually before you die).....there was just SO many ppl. I can't imagine how stressful this woulda been with all your bones on you
For consistency and faster clicks: You should setup your invent in a way that you have your gear/supplies on the right side so that when you unnote your bones they are on the 2 rows to the left - easier/faster/closer to the altar
Can't have that AND an efficient eating and gear switching setup. Definitely more worth it to prioritize surviving with 18k dbones than a tad bit more efficiency sacrificing bones
For most of my 99 Prayer grind I did sets of 10k noted superior dragon bones here, never died once. Only time I ever died was when I was doing suicide 1 invys, but late at night I'd always gear up in Bulwark, Karils top/skirt, Serp helm etc. and there's several escape routes, if you do get TBed it's better to run to KBD and work the ladder and get a box. It's so easy with the demons up top and the spiders below. You can also run towards the hobgoblin mine southeast which is also a popular escape spot from black chins.
This made me confident to take 1500 bones and i got killed with slightly more than 750 left. So i got an adrenaline rush and about the same xp as if i wouldve just done it in my house in the same amount of time and for the same price... That doesnt change the fact that im salty, though.
I had a pk stop attacking me because I was 12k off 99 and his entire clan hopped to me and celebrated with me when I got it. Then they killed me /:

Gilded Altar rates expand much higher with an alt, running bones and trading them over.
And even more expensive, alts can be used at altar as well
