I have this system and I too find huge issues! In real time tracking, it is constantly “searching” for satellites… truly not cool when you’re panicked trying to find your lost pet! Lots and lots of bugs with this unit!
Mine will make the same sound. I exchanged the two sets and the new ones did the same thing. It’s very frustrating. The light always works, but the sound rarely does.
