Kenyans, Can we please agree to the fact that kilimani is a middle class area not a rich area...in rich areas of nairobi , you dont see the houses , you only see perimeter walls , huge gates n security guys...anything less is a middle class
Kilimani is middle class
I agree
This is exactly what I have been saying!
Muthaiga is the richest
What about Karen and runda?
I hope to visit kenya too love from Philippines 🇵🇭
Much welcome gal🎉🎉
All is here😅😅
Karibu Kenya❤
Welcome 🤗
Welcome and free accommodation will be provided for you
I love you too baby. Welcome to Kenya ❤.
Kenya is beautifull especially the swahili language. Showing love from Washington DC
oh thank you
am kenyan :D
Kenya is not Poor!!! its a really fun because i Live there
majority of kenyans live in very poor circumstances and areas.make no mistake. and it's purposefully designed that way
Kenya's a must - visit destination, yearning to c'over this year! Much love from NYC❤❤❤
You are so much welcome here. I promise you you'll love it.
13:24 the baby's english is so good 🥹🥹 I bet her Dad is such an awesome father for her to have such perfect accent
Indeed! That was the highlight for me. Beautiful and articulate little girl. I am sure her parents are proud of her. I wish he had shown us more of the less rich side too!
I have been to Kenya some 45 times, and own property there. I had an absence of 10 years when I returned, I hardly recognized Nairobi, so much had changed. Many places I knew had closed, with many new ones. The city is looking great, but the Nairobi Expressway blights the city, a big white elephant with very little traffic on it. Driving from the airport, it just cuts off your whole view, The JKIA once dominated the city skyline is barely visible now. Lots of nice tall buildings have been erected.
Good
The expressway has toll stations, meaning that it has a fee, so people tend to avoid it during off-peak hours. It's usually busy though, during peak hours
Change is especially hard when you dislike the result. Sorry you're disappointed; I know how it is. I have been to Kenya five times. It changes every time. Some of the changes are wonderful whereas some things I would like to change are still there. I wish there were not speed bumps on Thika highway.
It really messed up the Westlands area. I hope they do finishing touches.
@jessica76311 for sure. Especially hapo one africa place
Kenya is the most luxurious country you can be in. I'm saying this because I'm born and raised in Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪
Heyy am Kenyan and I'd say showing both sides of Kenya is the real meaning of travelling and also showing how people are friendly even in the poor side speaks alot. You do your thing 👍
Yes, thanks for your kind words 🙏🏻
Ok. So you can show us small poor children in a dirty environment? If someone challenges you to show or produce footage of small rich kids dancing and looking happy CAN YOU SHOW THAT?
One thing at a time. Maybe next is kibera slum. Stay tuned 😅😅
I visited Kenya about 30 years ago, stayed in Nairobi some of the time and even then, compared to Boston where I lived Nairobi was at least as modern and certainly bigger. But most interesting for me was the huge variety of animals seen. On my first full day , mostly Maasai Mara I saw 28 distinct species of animals, we drove within feet of lions. It was phenomenal. The people were also great in that they were all trained for whatever jobs they had. Our tour driver had 3 years formal schooling to drive safely, know the roads and sights and teach tourists about the animals etc. I see all of the attention to detail is paying off. Love it.
If it was 30 years ago then you haven’t been
You wouldn't recognize anything if you revisit today we've been building
Yes last time I saw Nairobi what's 1995 even then it was beautiful absolutely beautiful
Hi Gabi,I'm from South Africa, and I really appreciate you showing the different lifestyles in Africa 🌍 .Stay humble and caring ❤.
Thank you 🙏🏻
Sir thank you for showing some of the things to be admired in our beautiful motherland. Most western media only show the negative side of Kenya @nd Africa but you've done us some justice. I hope next you visit other parts of Kenya and you'll love it.
13:21 Ok, where did his daughter get her Valley Girl California accent?? 😮😅 too cute ❤
I was born in Kenya, a long time ago. Since then I moved to the US, but miss home still. It is amazing how much has changed and yet how much is still the same.
The kid's English is out of this world.
Proud of my mother land 🇰🇪. Proud of my city Nairobi ! I think in Africa we are one of the best countries and we are friendly
It's terrible how internet shows kenya
This vedio opened my eyes ❤
FINALLYYYYYYYYY BRUUUUUH SOMEONE SHOWED THE GOOD PART OF OUR AMAZING COUNTRY BRUH
Sometimes kindnesses is the only thing you can do in this world....I love that black man he has a good heart like you you can be human to see how they live with nothing but still can smile....
The little girl English intonation is on flique, i love it!!
💯 I need to know who's teaching her English 😅 I was like huh?
Perhaps they live in Kibera but she is schooled in the rich schools. Also some Kenyans choose to live humble lives but own immense land and are comfortable. I get the vibe that the tour guide didn't show his property land or businesses in the country side, he just showed one of his residences while in Nairobi.
most kids in Nairobi nometer where they stay speak good english
Am proud of my country 🇰🇪🇰🇪 love from Saudi Arabia
Keif halek?
I was born in Nairobi. As you know, you've been mistaken for an Indian many times. There's a rich history of Indians in East Africa. Please make a video about their connection and also take the train to Mombasa.
But you’re still Indian. You’re not originally Kenyan. There is no area in kenya in which you come from unless you refer to parklands as your ‘ushago’. Majority of you can’t speak Swahili and you don’t have Kenyan culture, you only practice your Indian culture which is fine. When Kenyans go to their rural homes in December, you’re on your way to India. So yes, you’ll always be Indian unless you marry a Kenyan and give birth.
Dont worry about what others say. This is your journey. Youre not just showing poor sides you are showing the humanity in the places you travel.
The problem is , when he’s in Europe or the USA he doesn’t go to the slums, he stays in the nice areas, he doesn’t show homeless people covering the sidewalks or drug attics talking to themselves, so if you don’t do it in Europe then don’t do it in Africa
@@jarodwilson4946 omg please. this is so insufferable. He's not doing anything with malice intent. He's literally shaking hands and treating everyone as an equal and going to their homes. He's not saying look at all the poors. This woke shit really is ruining society. Because y'all are attacking the wrong people.
Thank you for visiting the less rich side, albeit briefly! That is one beautiful little girl and she does indeed speak good English!
You've captured quite unique material for anyone curious of seeing how (the modern side) of Nairobi really looks like. Love the drone shots!
What a nice little surprise seeing you here as I've followed some of your Kenyan content before :D
im from nairobi

Just asking, where does that little girl school?? That’s a gem that needs to be treasured and mentored
I simply love kenya. What a lovely pair of guys. Love you both . Nairobi is great place . I love the malls and the markets. Kenya has too much to offer though kenya does not know how to show her beauty off. Thanks for people like you showing the world what kenya is made of. Please explore everywhere including the beautiful islands on lake victoria especially mfangano. The water is tranquil and stunning and there is a mountain road round the island. Let me stop there so that one day you will tell us what it is . Welcome and all the best
Wonderful thank you Gabi

You work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K in crypto from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires..
That's great! I'm motivated too! How can we achieve this challenge?
No specific one really, because there are lots of investment plans and strategies littered all over the internet today, for instance, investments like real estates, gold, drop shipping crypto currency and lots more
I've heard alot about crypto currency investments and how effective it can grow your income! Any recommendations on a guide?
Thanks so much for the recommendation, I will look into it.
For me,I would say Gold are profitable but Crypto has been the best so far
What a good environment that we have here in kenya
Love you from 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪

Welcome to kenya.
Gabi, I loved your video. I also appreciate tour other videos -especially the 7 things.... I totally agree eith you on everything ans dound your video to display teie Naorobi. I would love for you to return to Kenya multiple times. I ha e been there five times. I always learn something new each time I travel there. The people of Kenya are the best. They are resilient, smart, kind, loving, hospitable. Kenya boasts heavenly topography from white sandy beaches to snow capped mountains. The animal preserves host the best safari tours, the tea plantations and the flora make it look like Garden of Eden. Your video was honest and reliable. Thank you.
A very nice video as usual. Love from India❤🇮🇳
A shopping centre being your favourite area in Nairobi casts some doubts on the overall beauty of the city😬😬anyway great video! Ciao👍
Great video as always! The most wonderful and rewarding thing about travel is connecting with the people! You do it so well! Thanks for taking us along!
Thank you 🙏🏻
Great ❤ video with lots of humanity touch... the smiling happy kids in the poor neighbourhoods.. every society has all the sides from poor to rich.. other malls you missed are Sarit center ..a walk from Westgate ..The Hub Karen.. nice video.. ❤
Lavington,Karen, some part of Kiambu Redhill are the richest places in Kenya
Good content. I visited Nairobi in 1985 & it was a good city then too. Now it’s even more developed. But the poor will always be with us everywhere
I'm planning to go there in August but a bit concerned about security..
Greetings from Tunisia
I think it is very important for myself and the world, to see the slum areas of Africa and all the children; these children, are the world’s future and they must have computers in their schools and the best healthcare, nutrition and education that the world can possibly give them.
OMG...I was there 45 years ago! Of course, it was going to develop but it's crazy I don't recognize anything except for the Kenyatta Center high rise which I believe was the only one in 1979. Thank you so much for the very interesting update tour.
My country is truly beautiful
