Boar Busting Nightly & Resetting a Drop Trap

Dropped the trap on a hog the other night. Scuba Steve, Big Jon, and Sue Sue helped out while I was getting ready to go to Colorado on an elk hunt. Watch them load the hog on a trailer and reset the drop trap to keep on catchin' them hogs!

Could you raise an alligator/turtle farm with the hog meat? Must be un-doable as I've never seen anyone try it......

Yu Toob surely alligators would eat hog meat, right? That seems doable to me. I don’t know anything about feeding turtles though... or alligators. I just realized I’m commenting out of my depth haha, but I would think you could definitely use hog meat for an alligator farm

I'd think it'd be an equation of supply and demand, to find the happy medium of both: the hog supply would differ radically across time, and your farm population would be slow to grow, but made fast to deplete/butcher. With enough time, resources, contacts, planning, build-up, i assume possible....

Gator Country near Beaumont TX feeds his gators wild hogs as much as possible. Usually about 1500-2000 lbs a week.

It'd be fine if the Trappers could guarantee their deliveries!
Gators, like everything else, get a might touchy when tthey're hungry, & it's no good telling 'em to wait till next week!
But the meat is fine for them, & Gators prefer theirs' a "bit High" so don't matter if they've been dead all day!
