It made me happy when you said you went to sleep at 2:00 am and woke up at 11:00 am. That has been my life for the past few weeks! I am not alone in having a disrupted sleep schedule since the pandemic started. Ok, I don't feel so guilty now!

Kay, the main reason I watch you is because I like your personality so posting vlogs even when you’re not flying would be interesting to watch.
I love “what I ate today “ because you usually eat healthy but are human and will show us your other snacks. Overall you did talk about staying a healthy weight for work and would love it if you could show more meal prep as in the past. I like that you cook some or put together pre package food items to make a healthy combo.

From an ex flight attendant (stewardess in my day, that’s how old I am) to another, I always kept my small suitcase packed with my necessary paperwork, an outfit, my inflight shoes, extra underwear, 2 cosmetic bags 1 with deodorant, toothbrush etc 2 bag some makeup just for travelling, that way if I was on standby I could do anything and have my bag in my car and if I got called I’d just go. Also if we were called to the airport we got paid for the entire time we were there plus an hr for each way travelling time.

Kat Nesbitt We had an announcement from the Prime Minister yesterday. We’re allowed to go out for exercise more than once a day but that basically the only change, they’re thinking young children could go back to school in June and the hospitality industry could start opening up in July at the earliest. Think it’ll be a long time before things go back to looking more normal. Stay safe! Xx

Dogs will look away from you if you are approaching and/or speaking at a volume that makes them feel mildly threatened. The act of looking away is referred to as a calming signal in canine body language interpretation and training. Other calming signals include, blinking, lip licking, and yawning. Your dog is not having hearing issues.
You need to do a Vlog on your dog! How you got him, what he is like and so on! We NEED to know theses things! 😋

I follow other flight attendants and one of them actually did the same as you, did not prepare food for standby and got a flight that evening. It is always good to be prepared in case you get a flight
