Can you verify that the Kupo 15lb Shot bags (KSF-15) stated/demonstrated in this video actually have the steel swivel snap hook to properly attach the shot bag to the hole at the counterbalance end of the boom. All catalog info on-line suggest that only the 25 lb steel shot bags (KSF-25) bags have this feature. thanks.

What is the minimum ceiling height needed if you are trying to convert the stand to use the boom? It appears you should have the stand open and then extend the arm straight up pretty high to be able to release and pivot the boom arm.

A ceiling height of 3.1 meters is required to convert the regular stand into a boom stand when the stand is open.

I paid $379 plus tax at my local shop, So far it has been excellent... both as a stand and a boom highly recommend... its like having a mini menace arm built into a stand.
