I know this seems like a random thing but I love that he just seems like a regular person. He addresses the polygraph person by name throughout the video. I haven't seen anyone else do that in any of these videos. He acknowledges everyone as a person regardless of their "status".

I had the pleasure of meeting this guy several years ago, just a few months before he started on This Is Us. Dude is the real deal. Super kind, personable, unaffected, humble. Never met a celebrity who is as nice as he is. He deserves all of his success and more.
