It's probably too loose. Timing belt looks like that when it's skipping on the pulleys. Try to use something like a mercedes vbelt tensioner. It's got a spring to keep it tight and oil piston. That keeps the belt where it should be.
... so last time must have been the rebuild wonder how long it was running without the dry stump... hope she all good I hate dry stump for that reason same as timing belt goes 90% are interference and are junk, chains a little better direct gear(manual) would be great... electric pump with a pressure switch would be my cheap best way.

Honestly both tavarish and b are just not on the same level. Just because you have a cool car and an influx of cash does not make you a racecar builder. Really disappointed in their last two builds, it's like they didn't even research anything. Meanwhile, this 4 rotor is nasty. I love it.

The baffle is fine, but the tiny brackets welded to a 200lbs fuel cell look like a metal fatigue failure point. Strap it. That's how OEM tanks are held in place.

Gotta say the best part of this video is Robs face after the first wheel spin launch, the same exact face we all have when we do something hilarious and fun in a $200 beater mini truck for shits and giggles. ROB, when you're designing stuff and you see something that looks weak it's not always a bad thing. Designing in a weak spot allows you to protect the expensive stuff and have the cheap weak stuff be the mechanical fuse in the system. So stuff like necked down bolts or lower grade screws can be super helpful!

You're learning Rob, that was a nice weld. Keep at it. I think, for me at least, the coolest aspect of this build is what most other channels don't offer. How you got better and what you've learned. Other guys, names be not named, still bash metal in as they did years ago when they first started, and i cannot, for the life of me, understand that mentality where you can't apply yourself enough, take pride in what you do, to do it, at least, nice, if not right, or vice versa.
That sinking feeling you get when you are watching some random video and the persons mentality appears to be "Every tool is a hammer" and bash anything with Any Thing and everything. Yes I know that one quite well for the love of good tools and good tools make the mechanic.
Rob's gotten a lot of nice quality tools now I've seen and good quality tools give better results. Plus having people around that also know how to use those tools makes a big difference too. It's always good to have someone to help.
