The reason for this is that the details of the person in the profile will automatically become one of the owners of the business. So you have to open a new profile with your clients email, name and other details. If you still have challenges let me know. Wish you the best.

Did you follow all the steps carefully? If you did, then you need to visit the office of Joint Tax Board in your State with the reference number and possibly a printout of the mail. Let me know how it goes. Sorry for the late response

You should use your clients phone number and email. Note that the TIN certificate will be sent to that email. Yes, you can use this TIN to open a corporate account.
Please Concerning the financial year begin, does it have to start on the date of business incorporation (which is the same information during CAC name reservation), or the date the business was successfully certified under CAC or just January 1st as you input in your tutorial?

The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

If you follow everything step by step, it will work. Also, make sure your BN number is correct. You can also try using a different browser. Let me know how it goes.

Verify with JTB using this link tinverification.jtb.gov.ng/ Here you will have to fill the correct date of business registration with CAC and registration Number. 3. Finally, you can contact them to help you resolve the issue using the email - contactus@jtb.gov.ng or call 08039187289. You may also visit their office in your state of residence. Usually all the clients I registered for don't have issues, so this should be a minor issue. Let me know how it goes.

No. Financial Year is any date your business decides to take as the beginning of the financial year. It could be the 1st of January to 31st December.

You will have to try again. I guess it's a server error from JTB. Let me know what happens when you try a second time.

Pls i tried generating tin for my buinsess name,i entered the bn number on my business certificate but its showing invalid registration number

I think you can. Try the option that is not for business.

You should Add BN before the numbers for business name and RC for registered company
