This song evokes a very specific mental image for me.
You're wandering through a forest near your home. You've been told since you were very young that you shouldn't venture into that forest, that there are things you wouldn't understand. But years have past and as you visit your childhood home, the memories of wondering that surround that mysterious forest come back. And this time there's no one to stop you.
So you wander in, taking the well-worn but overgrown pathways through trees older than you or even your grandparents. It smells of damp soil and and there's a distinct floral scent that sometimes catches your attention. Even in mid-day it's dark, with only the odd sliver of light being a merciful guide to keep you on the path. The sound of the roads nearby start to fade as you go deeper, and for a while you completely forget that this apparently forest is not even three minutes away from the place you spent the bulk of your life. This enigmatic place that goes on forever and seems to defy the concept of time.
And then you hear it. It's soft at first, like something that you aren't sure you heard or imagined. But you turn to try and find it still. The same sound comes back, a bit less imaginary and much more distinct. "Hoo, Hoo". Said in a way that is a bit too human to dismiss as wildlife, but not human enough to be someone who may have been a person. Regardless you call out, your voice echoing into the distance with no answer save for the forest's silence. So you wander again, now looking for an exit. And as you do, the voice comes back as this song. It's distant, and seems to come from all directions as the soft melody doesn't break the forest's ambience, only adds to it.
In spite of yourself, you can't find any fearful emotion in regards to the voice, and its song. You listen, in the same way a child would listen to his mother while she scolds him. Its peaceful, but speaks with an authority that you can't quite deny.
Your wandering leads you to a clearing, where a gap in the trees gives the area a warm glow. A single table sits in the center, its legs and surface covered in growing vines. A cup sits in the middle of the table, and the tea inside is still warm enough to have steam rising off of it. The last line of the song comes from directly behind you, and you turn to face the songstress, only to find the entrance to the forest you had spent what felt like days exploring. Looking behind you, the clearing is gone, and all that remains is the same well-worn path you took before. You leave the forest, but the message is clear:
"You were not invited, but you are a guest all the same. Take care."

"Aren't you scared of me child..?" A large owl said as it looked down upon a small child from its tree branch. The large bird tilted its head as it was confused, mortals would usually tremble in fright as soon as they spot the mythical creature but this one little mortal was far more different from the others.
The child giggled as he found the owl's question funny and shake his head "Why would I be scared of you Ms.Owl? Weren't you the one who protected my village from intruders a year ago?" The little one revealed and the owl was suprised a bit as she heard the little child's revelation.
"My..What a smart child you are. Would you mind telling me how you found out about my identity?" The owl slowly descended from her tree branch and was now a few meters away from the child.
"I also don't know myself but as soon as I met your gaze.. I just knew it was you.. Our savior." The boy smiled as he explained to the mythical being. Silence soon engulfed the both of them and just as the boy was about to question the large owl, The bird suddenly shined bright and as soon the light died from her body.
A woman stood where the large mythical being was supposed to be. Her hair was dark as the night sky and her skin was pale as the snow, her bright azure eyes bore into the boy's dark ones and slowly made her way to the unnamed boy.
"..so you are the grandson of that man.." The woman muttered but loudly enough for the boy to hear. As soon as their distances were close enough, she embraced the boy tightly which startled the little kid for a moment before embracing the mysterious woman back.
