  • Demonstration of Fleetclean high pressure IBC cleaning system using omnidirectional cleaning heads at 100 bar and 85 degrees. Internal view starts at 1m 50s.
    Please note that this IBC cleaning process requires a high pressure machine to drive the cleaning head. These, or alternatively a bespoke IBC cleaning unit, can also be supplied by Fleetclean. Please contact us for more information.

    I have purchased 2x of these cleaning heads from Fleetclean, they are the best you can by in this planet! Don’t go for cheap Chinese ones because they won’t do the job! These are a bit overpriced but they are the best!

    I used IBC tote for contain latex emulsion. After unload the product out it’s leave sticky residue on the wall. Can be washed it?

      Hi Porntep,
      Latex emulsion can be washed effectively using the same process but it must be done with cold water. If you use hot water it will cause the latex to set hard and then it will not be possible to remove it.

      Hi Konrad, Just to put your mind at rest, the food grade dye used for the video was for the purposes of visibility only and we have a fully sealed drainage system on site leading to an effluent treatment plant so the waste water you see in the video does not enter the environment before being fully treated.

    Is this a food grade ICB and are you using chemicals?

    • @FleetcleanLtd
      @FleetcleanLtd  Před 9 lety

      Brit Barrows We can clean either food or non-food grade IBC’s. if the IBC is food-grade, we
      would use a food-grade detergent/cleaning agent.

      Hi - the cleaning head runs at 100 bar pressure (max 150 bar) and requires a flow of between 15 and 40 litres per minute. The amount of water used will depend on the product(s) you wish to clean and length of time required to clean them.

    How much for a ready to go complete unit? Is it available in Australia?

    • @FleetcleanLtd
      @FleetcleanLtd  Před 6 lety +1

      Thanks for your enquiry - It would be possible to ship a cleaning head assembly to Australia and it can be run from any high volume pressure cleaner. If you would like to contact us on enquiries@fleetclean.co.uk we can give you an indication of costings for your particular needs.

      I'm looking for a system that just cleans IBC's effectively and with time costs in mind. I will be cleaning 200 IBC's ( for a start )and I am looking for a " complete system" approach rather than just trying to pressure spray them all by hand, which we all know, is not cost effective. Just a basic manual system will do for a start but if it is effective and cost efficient it will be the longer term that I am interested in. I am interested in stepping up to a fully automated system if I can prove the manual version to be efficient. My biggest problem is that I can't find pricing on most of the suitable systems and I haven't got the time to talk on the phone for hours about how good/bad each system is. If you have a solution to my problem ( and a price ) that really WOULD WORK then please send me a message or contact me at juddyboothby@hotmail.com to work out a future arrangement. Thanks for the reply. :)

      We are located in the UK and you can contact us via www.fleetclean.co.uk for further information and specifications.
      If despatch from the UK to wherever you are located would be inconvenient, we may be able to point you in the direction of a more local supplier.

      Hi - all waste water needs to be analysed so as it meets local water discharge consent levels. Some companies will have a consent which allows them to discharge to sewer. Alternatively, use equipment such as a bund to collect the washings and contain them for safe disposal via a waste disposal company.
