I love how it's the X-Men look from the 90s, but with the dialogue from the 80s where everyone is yelling at each other all the time.
That was probably the best time for X-Men. At least in Mikey Day's eyes or the eyes of whoever wrote this.
It also is blatantly calling out how Wednesday was just goth Young Sheldon in the Xmen universe with the Addams family brand.

It wasn't only in the 80s they yelled at each other. it was also in the 60s, 70s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s, and now.

When you get busy people in for just a few days to rehearse a pretty large number of possible sketches, sometimes you need cards. Even the professional actors have to lean on them sometimes.

If there's one thing the X-men and specifically Professor X are known for, it's bursting into a furious, screaming rage at the drop of a hat. Spot on premise. And Jenna Ortega's acting is incredible. So much subtlety and restraint.
