Rapper Seonghwa made my absolute night when it dropped. I replayed that section so much, i love it. And his verse right after Mingi’s… both my biases was EVEN BETTER!! Kq is honestly becoming one of my fav company’s depending on music 😅

Hwa popped OFF in that rap! I love when he puts out his arms while riding the motorcycle at the high note - iconic 🙌 Agreed with other people that he's hard to understand though, and it seems a bit stressful to perform on stage because of the jolty choreo and him needing to take breaks to breathe😅 But I love the rapper Seonghwa agenda and appreciate that we got some of that regardless :D

Lol “Cult-ish” You’re not ready for the album…. It’s like summoning something. It’s the perfect fit to the World Episode 1 and darker. Bouncy is the most “upbeat” song on it. Just prepare yourself. 🥵🌶️🤯

Stanning Ateez since their debut i really see their growth both performing wise as a group and also the growth of their label and their production, idk i was sitting by myself the other day nd then this crossed my mind and it made me so proud. This is their best and biggest comeback and seriously i can't get the chorus from my mind.
FR. Pirate King is oneof my favorite songs to this day but if you compare the two...

I love that they went in a new, different direction here. Ateez never does the same thing twice but they always keep an element of what makes them unique and special inside of whatever they do
They're really running with the jokes too, going to pepper farms, eating peppers or playing with yoga balls during a win stage 😂
Ateez literally never misses! It's insane, they're insane, Eden-ary is insane. I'm insane FOR them! But also, I thought that they had defeated the masked man in white sent by the Prestige Academy for good during their Answer stage on Kingdom but now Hongjoong shot him with that chilli bullet?! Color me in love but confused as always.
Late af but in case you’re still wondering apparently the masked man isn’t a singular person but more of a group of ppl and that’s just their uniform! I’m thinking though that they finally defeated them here, but I’m unsure lol

@@ancientmingyu0604 the white masks men are Android Guardians, they work under someone called as 'Z'. Apparently, according to World Ep2 diary entry, Ateez successfully infiltrated the Prestige School and awakened the students, but Z & Android Guardians aren't defeated yet.
Ateez has their own written story from Fever album (diary ver.) & World series, I highly recommend you read it, it's fun! 😆♥️

16:30 couldn't agree more, these were the PERFECT roles for Wooyoung and San!!! I think they're my favorite unit in this MV - the acting is so engaging and comical. Even things like San spitting the water in the air before the chorus and Wooyoung counting and throwing the money - they pulled out all the stops!!! Also love gunner Mingi, he smashed that role.

You're going to absolutely LOVE the entire EP. The World EP1 was my favorite album. EP2 is my new favorite ATEEZ album and I seriously do not know how they keep outdoing themselves... It's the perfect middle of the overall The World part of their storyline, and I'm SUPER interested to see what EP3 is like, how it "resolves" everything...
This chapter of albums has been so good TT I can't wait for Ep 3!!!!!

i think the members said that yunho and jongho are undercover cops not actual cops. they're still outlaws and i think that makes their characters in the mv more interesting. ateez are all working together but apart to get things done and overthrow the system

I think Hongjoong’s role is well- He’s a cowboy like Mingi but he’s on a roof alone and later he shoots a sniper rifle. So I think he’s a sniper (that may be allied with Mingi? Since the Ateez members are paired off in this MV)
Also this MV gave me Cowboy Bebop vibes a bit. And having Yeosang do the Akira slide was a fun reference!
Bouncy has been on repeat, bouncing around in my mind for days! That drop *is nasty*!! Glad to see Edenary still dropping amazing songs after LEEZ left, the entire album just drips in swag and high intensity
I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but: the parrot is actually Hongjoon's voice pitched up.

This really is one of their best comebacks to date, the album quickly became one of my favorites, the vocal and rapper lines served us with something new and fresh, they truly are phenomenal.

This is definitely one of their best comeback, maybe number one. It reminds me of BigBang Bang Bang Bang, it's that iconic. I could see it influencing kpop mvs style from now on too.
I like how with their final 30 sec reputation, they still find new ways to change it up but maintain a growing level of intensity.
The Real - was a dance battle/festive party
Guerrilla ending had them mvoing as a unit -- like soldiers
Halazia they went hard with their formations and choreo
and now with Bouncy... its just full of swag with the footwork.
and then somehow transitions into a satisfying end of the song.
This is the new bang bang bang imo. Visually and Musically
i love it so much. the only thing i would have loved to see more (as a jongho biased) was jongho in the mv. especially when he got dressed with the googles. it's just such a new refreshing outfit on him. that fit is probably my all time favourite and i would have LOVED to see a solo scene of him. also i mean i completely lost it when i saw his concept photo with the purple hair. and we didn't even get to see it here in the mv (and not even in the mv making video which is so disappointing).also i feel like he doesn't really have much lines in the song? i get that he's popular for his high notes but he has so much more to offer.
but other than that i'm satisfied with the comeback and also the album is straight up fire.
Everything about this video was magical and magnificent, but mingi's shootout scene has been living on my mind rent free. Something about the way it's shot and edited and how they incorporated the gun sounds is just hypnotizing.
This comeback and mv is definitely a 10/10 for me, and the only reason it's not an 11 is just cause my jongho simp needs were not met lmao

Their new EP is one of the best albums they have released to date imo. Every song on the album could easily be a title track, I have listened to it non-stop since it released and i am still having a hard time choosing a favorite track from it because they are all sooo good. Highly recommend doing a listening party for this one.

i think ateez being fun is why i’m so enamoured with them, if i look back at the trend of my interest in groups it’s almost always groups that are fun and engaging, whether it’s their music or their dynamic. ateez manages to incorporate both those attributes.

This comeback was amazing, the title track, the mv, the promotion and the album-they just keep getting better and better and the story continues to grow in different ways- alot of ppl didnt notice but when joong shot the gun, towards the end it was fired towards a mask man so the plot thickens..
Thank you for this! Ateez continually outdoes themselves. I imagine you have listened to the album by now. That album is jaw-dropping. In addition to song, mv, and choreo, that is another area where they really got me - delivering a complete mini-album that has its own vibe and stays on theme. Wonderful.
I don't even know if it's been pointed out yet but that split second where the bullet hits through the glass ( 3:21) you can tell it's aimed at the masked figure from the music video Answer kinda cool having it be a part of the storyline here as well.

Let me tell you...I feel like Ateez and their music producers really, really have an amazing taste and ear for good music, of course music is subjective BUT it's well produced, mixes etc.

Honestly this wasn’t mentioned, but as much as I love this music video, the lack of jongho truly turned me away 😭. He’s my bias and barely got screentime at all, if he does it’s always of his highnotes.
