REACT VIDEO | CATS THE MUSICAL

Wow, I am not good at posting these videos consistently. Either way, here's another REACTS video for you all. I loved doing this one because I totally I forgot how fantastical and hilarious CATS is. I am thinking about calling this series "Rachel Reacts" but I don't know if that sounds stupid. LOL. Someone let me know in the comments plzzzz. Also, which version do you like better? I know there are some hard core CATS fans out there so I'd love to get some more opinions. Say what you will about the show...the performers in it are so freakin talented. Anyways, ENJOY!

When you said from cats the musical, I thought you meant the original musical and that you were going to compare the musical version to the movie version. Could you do something like that for cats in the future where you watch the movie version then the one from the musical and talk about which you liked better and why?

@@rachel.ann.thomas you can get it online on Amazon on dvd and they sell the vhs but the dvds audio for me is kinda a lower pitch but I learned to watch it that way

I was fortunate enough to see Cats at the Winter Garden Theater in NY, I had also seen A Chorus Line, which was, at that time, the longest running show on Broadway. Cats was absolutely incredible , I believe that there actually is a plot, each featured cat is telling their story in hopes to be chosen by Old Deuteronomy to go on to the Heavyside Layer (on to their next life). Grizabella was ultimately chosen. I went to see the movie as well and I feel like had they put more time into it, more attention to detail, it would have been so much better. I was able to connect with the characters in the musical and the London video with Elaine Paige, but not with the movie character’s, it was lacking something

The 2019 version sucked ass the 98 version is the definitive john partridge is tugger I think they uploaded the full show on CZcams at the start of lockdown last year
