- For my opinion on the champion even after hotfix buffs: He still needs some minor buffs. (Doing good on a Champ doesn't mean they are good, like if I am consistent with Veigar or Xerath for example by no means makes them strong). Full rotations should be much closer to Viktor, Syndra, Orianna, Veigar, or even Brand. I do feel pretty confident to carry on him though if laning goes well.

Hwei is a simple champ you just have to memorize 32 spell combo effects
He doesn't seem that complicated this his abilities "make sense". Unlike Aphelios who seems to have little agency with his own mechanics and requires to memorize what each gun does
@@klynt5392honestly,he got 2 or 3 hard combos. The rest is fairly easy
@@klynt5392 yeah i feel its more the personal agency required to actually use the right spell effect, hes very reaction based is the way I see it. In many situations there are definitely "right" and "wrong" spells to use its just about cutting the lag and identifying them

The reason Hwei has very very low win rate is because players overcomplicate playing him.. if you stick to QE, WE, and EE, you can play him normally and actually carry games.. yes you are not maximizing his potential, but you're also not making things complicated.. that's basically it.. just learn him slowly and just focus on the spells that help you.. or for better optimization but more complexity, focus on QE, WW, and EQ.. this set is stronger than the last but as you can see, more complicated..
Cool and all that stuff but Orianna has the same damage and more impact by placing the ball correctly into the enemies.

@@NewMetaTVidk what yaoi bait is, but they do kind of have a point in the sense that like... the design, animation and physicality of a lot of the newer release champs is kind of identical. We have:
Hwei - a surly, thin male who apathetically strolls around the map, one hand on a giant handheld weapon and the other in his pocket.
Jhinn - a surly, thin male who apathetically strolls around the map, one hand on a giant handheld weapon and the other by his side
Yone - a surly, thin male who apathetically strolls around the map, one hand on a giant handheld weapon and the other on its sheath
Yasuo - a surly, thin male who apathetically strolls around the map, one hand on a giant handheld weapon and the other on its sheath
Ekko - a surly, thin male who apathetically strolls around the map, one hand on a giant handheld weapon and the other by his side
There might be others, too, but is that not kinda accurate? Is there not a noticeable similarity in all these designs? Certainly nothing about any of them stands out as distinctively unique from the others.

@@Loctorak I mean at some point, the sheer number of champions released are gonna have overlap. Based off champion release dates they switch it up. If we’re only talking about males, it goes from Hwei, Milio, K’Sante, Akshan, to Viego. And that’s not including female releases or creature/entities. And let’s be honest, a fair chunk of League’s (paying) player base are edgelords.

They defo have a style of champion they went for with champs like viego hwei yone, which is the ones the community seems to like more but that is not whats being talked about here.
players speak with their wallets, more people are interested in a hot hwei skin than beekoz. basic supply and demand.
