Thanks again for the helpful how-to videos! I tapped the one you made a week or so ago, again, and set my difficulty levels to follow your specs. I cleared the spawns at the Mosh Pit, and right off the bat, I lucked into a level-145 female Argentavis!

Great video that still expertly dashed my hopes ;-) I'm currently looking for a second base location because the last loot drops gave me all the industrial machinery except the cooker, so time to branch out. Your title made me hope for some more suggestions to expand on your previous video on SE base locations. I cannot decide where: I might steal your spot with its central location, or go south-east of the red ob to be close the the wyvern trench?!? But the blue waterfalls with their oasisises also look soooo pretty!

Silica pearls are easier to find at night in the rivers in the north because they light up. Also you'll get a lot more if you pick them up using the whip. 😎👍

My un-scientific tests revealed you pick more patches simultaneously with the whip and it is easier to get those close to the shore, but per patch you get the same number if picking up by hand or using the whip... The best reason to use the whip a lot is that you can flick-stun an charging kapro by pure chance without even meaning to 😜

I wonder if they broke Thylas to think that every time they jump they're starting to climb a wall so their forward movement stops as if they're against a wall.

So about 36:06 just as the max 150 anky tamed and you Phlinger saw the stats, you said "... and 600 health" and not 6,000 health... lol I guess you where still in shock about the attack.

Around the 10:30 mark is where I built my base. It gets 2 or 3 red loot drops as well as yellow and purple. Mine is near the waterfall.
Also, I play on PS5 and I'm noticing no Megatherium spawns and I think I've only seen 1 Yuti and I may even be mis-remebering. Anyone else having these issues on PS5?

Hey Phlinger. So I’m starting on SE and I’ve been looking for Megatheriums and I haven’t found any yet. Has anyone else found some.

Hi, Im not Phlinger, but yes I found mine at the "rex-triangle" and they also spawns along the river on both sides from there. Its a big area to look for them. Look for the pointy cliffs near desert. I hope it helps.

What happened? How did Phlinger get a great level 150? That almost never happens!
