    The States should pay monetarily to the people of Iraq, Libya, Syria and many more. They have created chaos and have not even taken significant number of migrants.

      @@Benderrr111 the middle East was relatively Peaceful and safe before US regime change wars.
      Things are far worse because of US regime change wars. Libya had the highest standard of living in Africa and far much safer. Syria was secular and most peaceful country in that region as well. Iraq was relatively Peaceful compared to the hell unleashed after the US invasion.

    What about Syrian oils ..?? US has confiscated them instead of delivering to SFA..What kind of compensation does US contemplate for Iraq and Afghanistan and Syria..Those countries were ruined by US has to be rebuilt by US..!!!

    Thank you Mr. Jefferey Sachs. One thing undeniable is the military might of the USA but military might alone can't make a nation strong. USA should rather use soft power than military power. They need not to lose an ally, a business partner, a friendly nation and also attract others. No doubt Asad has prevail this coup. Therefore, world must now focus an immediate end of the Syrian civil war. 740
