- Episode 2 of the Matterhorn hiking adventure. After reaching the peak of Hohtälli, we head back down in search of the Matterhorn Lakes . My Sherpa has been somewhat relieved of his duty & my boots are starting to take their toll.
Can we find the mysterious lake down below? Or does my thumbnail give it away?
In part 1, the adventure began at Zermatt, then to Gornergrat Swiss Alps and hike up to Hohtälli ski lifts, which were not operational at the time.

Just stunning! Im loving these. The way the clouds were casting shadows over parts of the rock with the bright blue sky....lost my beathe through the phone. Cant imagine how magical in person it must be. I would've put my feet in that water too the way you made those boots sound 😂😢. You need a hikers foot soak Surji. And hiking trainers lol
