In my opinion bill beats discord mid diff, but respect your opinion. These are a few reasons: 1. It is canon that bill destroyed his own universe, because he got bored of it. However, because of this, he not only destroyed a universe, but obliterated a dimension (the 2d dimension) 2. Bill in in opinion is high complex multi, where as discord in my opinion is low complex multi. 3. If it weren't for the barrier, bull would've destroyed our universe, and went on from there.
