On christianfilipina now and very hard to find someone as beautiful as your wife. You did good.
Hi You have such a great story of how you both met. I tried a dating site and was scammed out of 23,000 usd so I learned the hard way. So then I was on a different web site and met a Filipina in Las Vegs in the US where I was from. After months of chatting I flew 1500 miles so we could meet each other, she had 3 little boys ages 5,3 and 11/2 years old when her husband had passed. My wife had passed also at the same time within 2 weeks of her husbands passing. I had already had 2 grown sons after about 6 months we decided to get married and raise her 3 sons together. We were happily married for 20 yrs and 2 years ago I lost her to breast cancer. Sorry this is such a long comment but you both remind me so much of how my wife and I was. Thank you for telling your story you just don't know how you brought back such happy memories for me! I miss her everyday!!

Yes I believe it's hard to find an amazing relationship in America because women are always looking for more then just love but it's possible to find this kind of love in the Philippines the woman are very serious about long term relationships. Youy guys story is very similar to us. We met in June 2010 on a video dating site and things worked out really well considering we were thousands of kms away. So arrived in Cebu in Oct 2010 and we didnt muck around so we got married and very happy to say 12 years on still married and still best friends. Trying now to move from New Zealand back to Cebu to start another chapter in our life.🥰

Wow, i started following your channel when you just have about 13K subs, and in just a blink of an eye, here you are having 20K plus. I always admire your family the moment i was able to watched few videos of yours and that very day i clicked sub. I always like your chemistry and humor and just the way you are, Matt and Maricar. Yes i know there are so many Filipino scammers on every dating site but i also do believe that no body can get scammed vice versa if you you only take it slow to get to know each other and once money is involved, that's a red flag every foreigners should watch out for. I also agree with Maricar that most expats also have this womanizing hobby that they get to meet a lot of women and just want fun with them and never get serious, right after the S*X episodes lol. So we Filipina women should also watch out for that kind of foreigners. I'm only turning 21 but I am already subscribing to many fil-expats channels to gather advices and ideas what to look for and watch out for, this channel Isla Familia is so very entertaining when it comes to responsibilities of Matt and Maricar as parents and the love i see in each others eyes. Arent we all looking for genuine love instead of just only fun and excitement? That's why i am loving this channel and one of the best so far i am subscribed too.
