I would like to point out that with the exception of edge cases like Kenjaku and Yuta, as far as we know, people can only have one cursed technique. So saying Sukuna has 3 is less likely to be the truth than saying all the abilities we’ve seen fall under one cursed technique
I kind of think Sukuna and yuta have similar cursed techniques(the copy) especially after the chapter with the air lady comparing him to sukuna.
not that the two are necessarily related but it'd explain why he can do the things he do.
@Justamon 22 - Honestly the rules don't seem to apply to Sakuna, so would it really be surprising if he had more than one cursed technique? He and Gojo seem to be about even, though Sakuna would probably be stronger with all twenty fingers, and Gojo has multiple techniques so why couldn't Sakuna

@@justamon2281 actually we know he has three at least, because red and blue are two different techniques. Both are extensions of his domain, but one is powered by reversed cursed energy and one is normal cursed energy, so they are, innately, two seperate techniques. By the same virtue, purple is a new technique that combines both red and blue, making a completely new technique. They require different skills and intentions to use, so by all definitions of the word, they are three seperate techniques that are extentions of his domain, like practically all cursed techniques.

Pretty confident that mostly all JJK sorcerer's can boost their stats substantially with CE. However Sukuna just has more and is better at controlling cursed energy than the vast majority of the verse

the only complaint I have is this, Jiujitsu is a martial art, they are using jujutsu, pronounced joo-joot-soo rather than joo-jit-sue

One thing to note of the Heian period is that Domain Expansions were much more common
However it is said that they were much simpler in their rules and abilities ie. The guy that does a mock trial with his domain
As time went on sorcerers slowly began making their domains be one hit kills and as such they became harder to obtain and less and less common
Sukuna never gets killed. It was mentioned to be a failed attempt. And it is making sense too Because if you get killed by CU, CE, or CT you will never become a CS.
If they really can kill him there is no reason for them to be incapable of destroying his body. Even later on, Sukuna was shown to have been preparing a plan for something this whole time involving another villain later on.

Hey dude! Love the content, both here and on nchammer. I was wondering, would you make a video on Gon’s (hxh) descent into darkness from a pure hearted kid into the “thing” that killed pitou. I noticed there are a few instances throughout the show where Gon’s actions foreshadow his turn down a dark path, and thought it might be a good video idea. Appreciate it, keep up the great vids.

I follow them as well, I spent probably a half hour looking for a video about Gon’s full turn to a monster but never found one specifically going over his whole change from a carefree kid to a monster. I also asked them to make a vid on this probably close to a month ago haha, never heard back but I’m sure they get tons of comments a day so I’m not surprised lolol. I just think it would be sick to see every instance where gon does something that seems weird or out of character (I just keep seeing the pic of gon giving killua the thumbs up for ripping that dudes heart out in my mind hahaha). jujutsu kaisen is fantastic I only started and finished it last week. I couldn't stop reading chapter after chapter. It was stated that Yuji would get all the powers of Sukuna.
I feel like a lot of people forget that. Gojo straight up tells Yuji he has zero abilities. While thinking to himself how Sukuna powers will imprint or something on him allowing the use of the powers.
So far it seems only Gojo knows this since no one else has ever brought it up.
Gojo is definitely playing 4D chess against everyone. Makes me distrust him.
Look into Gojo's eyes and you will trust him implicitly.
Jokes aside i love that he's playing 4D chess as he hates the establishment but knows he can't just overthrow it so instead he needs to train the new generations to be like him. For now i trust him as he appears to be on the side of Itadori, Megumi, and Nobara. Instead I'm trying to figure out Sukuna's end game as he has his secret pact with Itadori that lets him take over at will but not kill anyone, and he's obsessed with Megumi's growth and potential.
And the show is amazing so far, its one of the ones that barely needs a break before being enjoyable to rewatch. (I tried rewatching Naruto and realized the main trio were annoying and I'd rather watch JJK)
sukuna might become a good guy the mc can somewhat control him and he did make a deal with the mc to not hurt his friends i think and i dont think bad guys would do that

Gotta ask cause it’s my favorite anime and I’d love to see your take on it, think you could do a video on Nge, more specifically End of Evangelion’s ending. It’s something that is still talked about to this day despite the final rebuild movie coming out not too long ago. It’s confusing to understand and I’d love to see just what conclusions you draw from it
I just had a thought after learning about Sukuna’s real life counter part. What if Sukuna was good as a human but due to the 3 major clans (being dickheads) ended up becoming a vengeful cursed spirit. This would match his real life origin since he was first conceived as a good person but due to outside influences was twisted into something malevolent. I think this would even match with Gege’s theme of how an older conservative generation can be determental especially if the older generation was the reason for the biggest threat to human kind. Though this does question Kenjaku’s involvement.

Hello Nick I was wondering if you have do an idea on one piece. How would it change in the story if Kuzan was the one who won in his battle with Sakazuki on that island.
I feel like it would change alot tbh, First part to me would change would be Ace's death. Weather he was killed from the execution or not happen.
But Sakazuki i feel like wouldnt be in the place to kill ace, since he wouldnt be the Fleet Admiral. I feel like alot would change. Like if ace never died, then the Straw had would have gotten together after the 2 days and not 2 years. This would mean luffy, zoro and everyone else would have gone tho the training/ the stuff they did in that 2 years. Luffy and Zoro would not be as strong as they where. Ect.

I have a theory that Itadori’s grandpa accidentally cursed him with his dying prayer for him to not be like him. I theorize that this created a special type of curse. Something like Yuta’s however different. This would explain everyone’s immediate changes towards him after grandpa’s death. False memories or just reason for caring. All that started after grandpa died. Magumi never cares about anything but meets yuji after g-pa’s death and immediately decides he wants to save him. What about the other students? No mention of caring about them. In fact Yuji saves them.
I really think hes grandpas death with be a source of a new power for him. Or is the source of his current power that we don’t fully understand

Honestly, I feel like if Sukuna were to turn face it would be a downgrade for the series cause it would be leaning a little too much in to the inspirations for JJK. We've already seen a face turn in a modern day manga with Liebe in Black Clover and Sukuna feels like too much of a self indulgent wild card to suddenly start being buddy buddy with Itadori. What I would like to see is the binding vow with Itadori start giving him access to cleave and dismantle, and maybe even malevolent shrine(?) rather than Sukuna turn in to Itadori's Kurama.

So sukuna was definitely something more than human during life due to his depiction, he most likely used the perception to be able to survive. But what if his soul was warped due to the perception of him being a bad guy, think of it like because people thought he was bad so he became bad or even worse than when he was before his death, so maybe he wont switch sides but become a very morally ambiguous character
There obviously would have been less cursed spirits walking about in the golden age. We're talking about the strongest jujutsu period with the most sorcerers, unless every cursed spirit was special grade then it's almost guaranteed to have less overall cursed spirits, the fact that less concentrations of people were about wouldn't really change the amount of spirits. Even a small group of people can create a special grade cursed spirit if there negative energy is strong enough.

Not important but grave wax is a naturally occurring part of decomposition. Sukuna wasn't dipped, the grave wax was a part of sukunas body wich is why it was also indestructible.

He has the six eyes, if he doesn’t cover them then it can be a bit overwhelming for his senses. His six eyes take in vast amounts of information and allow him to see through and understand cursed techniques at a glance and grant him incredible perception.
7:09 - In Japanese, when the seemingly Sukuna's defeat is mentioned, it's written: "じゅじゅぜんせい だい呪術全盛の時代もし そうり ょく術師が総 をあげて 彼に挑み敗れた." and it's translated to: "In an age when sorcery was at its peak, sorcerers went all out to challenge him and were defeated." The sorcerers were defeated, not Sukuna.

Bro don't forget Mudra Sukuna uses for activating his domain expansion. As far as I remember its associated with hell and may throw a shoe in your theory of Sukuna flipping to a good guy at least in the traditional sense. Now I could see Yuji becoming the "good Sukuna" or the anti-Sukuna especially since strangers don't differentiate him from Sukuna until they get to know him and at some point Yuji will have access to Sukuna's abilities.
I suspect that the Sukuna turns good idea/wish is a result of the community's parallel between JJK and Naruto (where JJK is better versions of the Naruto cast, the memes of which being how i found the show). In this case Itadori == Naruto means Sukuna == Kurama, and while it might be interesting to see Sukuna because good or atleast tamed by Itadori the most interesting version of the story is probably the one where Sukuna is always an evil thorn in Itadori's side.
At the very least if Sukuna has a morality alignment shift it better be a slow and difficult shift and not just 1 fight watching itadori and then a permanent change of heart. But considering the quality of the writing in season 1 i don't think the anime or manga are going to suffer from bad writing.
@@jasonreed7522 Any hope of Sukuna having a change of heart was snuffed out completely in the Shibuya Inncident. They only way I could see Sukuna being good is through Yuji becoming an anti-Sukuna.
Actually it’s stated that Yuta has more cursed energy than Gojo but because Gojo mastered his cursed energy it’s so efficient that it will practically seem to never run out, Yuta on the other hand comes no where near close to that level so that’s why we actually see his cursed energy levels almost run out according to the culling games and I find it hard to believe that Yuta could stand against Sukuna in any meaningful way,not trying to disrespect him at all he’s an incredibly strong sorcerer in his own right but not strong enough to be up there with Sukuna and Gojo
It’s not because he mastered his cursed energy, it’s because he has the six eyes. His six eyes abilities let him utilize his cursed technique in the most efficient way, minimizing the cursed energy he actually uses, making it seem as though he doesn’t run out.
@@Niko_Suavey while yes it’s actually his six eyes that gives him this ability he was never able to do it until he found the core of his cursed energy on the brink of death in the star plasma vessel ark, this is when Gojo learned of reverse cursed techniques and then used them to essentially refresh his brain constantly to mitigate the stress using the six eyes to that level would put on the brain but he wouldn’t have been able to do that unless he discovered the core of cursed energy then later properly train to master his cursed energy and techniques like the six eyes
@@mohammedhussain8490 I see what you mean now, yeah technically you’re right. He had to understand his cursed energy on a deeper level to be able to use it effectively, but his six eyes are what allow that to happen on the scale he’s able to control it.
