Hash and Liqour was common in the city (Karachi is biggest city with a huge crime rate due to poverty)
Balli grew up in poverty (he had a tough life/lack of resources) not a normal happy child hood
He wanted to make a lot of money and for that he was ready to take even shortcut (crime)
He thought of a plan of robing someone (plan: he needs a pistol and he'll go as a team of 2 and on gunpoint would robe someone) and did that
It happened, everyone came back home with notes (money)
Balli is happy, he is chilling (smoking) and thought he is eternal (can't die/forgot about consequences)
But let's not talk about death, that topic would come later in this story
(Back to Balli) He said to his mother (after robbery) Mom, lets go for shopping, as money is not an issue (its like water -in abundance)
Let's enjoy Mom, let's go outside. You used to take me out (outing) now it's my turn (since he's grown up and have cash)
Balli's whole world was his mom, his father is no longer with them (died)
I knew Balli well, there wasnt anything hidden between us (close friends)
All the boys were afraid of Balli, but he knew that I wasnt afraid of him
And whenever we used to meet, I advised him whatever he is doing is not good (troubles are bad)
But I also knew that he had no options to live a normal life (no degrees or certificates/qualification)
He searched a lot for jobs but couldnt find one
Now that he was out of options (hungary and jobless) he had to move to this life eventually
In world's eyes it's just a criminal (nobody knows back story of a criminal or what turns one into a criminal)
But only a hungry person can know the pain of hunger
On top of that this whole combination (drugs+money+pistol/arms) is lethal (evil)
Balli was losing control and for money he killed his dealer
Now Balli is hunted by police (302 refers to clause on crime that involve killing someone, penalty is death or imprisonment till death)
And you might be wondering who told me this story? listen what happened next (climax/dramatic music and different voices portraying Balli's situation Balli saying "He'll take a bullet for Talha" since they are close friends. Balli's Mom saying that she is tensed and worried because of him and his criminal life , Talha is saying that " you reap what you sow, it's the outcome of this life and this filthy money can't last forever" Bally says " Let's meet in the evening"
Now Balli was in the wind, hiding and moving place to place avoiding police. He has no clue of day and night
Balli cant trust anyone as he knows nobody can save him or nobody was really his friend, everyone was using him or just looking to gain from him nobody actually cared
Balli thought he would rather die as a hero as nobody mourns the death of villain, people only remember heros
Now he has pistol in his hand but he is finding it hard to gather courage, his mother's face comes in front of his eyes whenever his finger touches the trigger|
Sweat dripping down his forehead, he's nauseated, his head is exploding with pain and anger and mixed emotions, he is pulling his hair
He is paranoid, and violent and he is hearing voices in his head (of police sirens finding him)
All his money is ended, drugs are ended and he finally has to go out
In this situation, you are taken over by devil (an addict without drugs with a criminal record and wanted criminal is hostile and can do anything)
I called him while he was going out and he said lets meet in evening
Now how would i know the future, since we cant be aware of destiny/future or God's plans
In the news he (Talha and everyone else) came to know that near Saddar (place in Karachi) two people were killed and they had money, drugs and arms /pistol on them
Now that Balli is no longer with me (dead), I dedicate him this song
I made him this promise that we'll meet in the evening so when I'll die I'll meet him that evening
We'll meet on same spot and listen to music in his ipod (Hopsin and Kdot)

Oh God, this world is a mess , when sun goes down, guns are out and police can't help, there is no control on crime
Now he's mourning the loss of Balli and smoking his lungs out (sad)
