- Blue Archive is coming out in card form. This time it will be Japanese Weiss Schwarz TCG. There will be a booster box and trial deck / starter deck. Before preordering, there are 5 things you need to know.
1 - What are the pre-order dates
2 - Will English Weiss Schwarz come out with the set
3 - What are the rarities? Will there be any signature cards, serial numbers, and how many parallels?
4 - Weiss Schwarz has updated the contents of the booster box. I take a look at the pricing for a case. What can we expect with in terms of hits.
4b. I take a look at Blue Archive and Card Captor Sakura 25th Anniversary.
5 - What did the Rebirth For You TCG cards look like and how did it do on the secondary market?

Glad this was the quick surprise set and we can get to see the new ratios. Both Blue Archive and Frieren preorders sold out within like 15 min off amiami and were limited to a single box. I got one box at least and will see the new box ratio. Loving the new background setup too, looking great.
yep i saw that single box and was thinking they are really holding back or the supply is bad. it cant be the supply unless a bunch of sellers are going to get cut off.

@@BigBAnimeTCG Due to how many other TCG products are stuck in supply at Amiami, I belive they cut back on orders and strictly limit to accommodate their patrons even if a set is planned to sell well. Their overseas business picked up, especially for Weiss so they want enough for everyone and limit resales. The Blue Archive box had 48 likes, clearly not from everyone who purchased, so odds say they had two master cases and that's all.
@lancer-lynx6323 what is the price of shipping on 1? i saw these and just thought getting 1 wasnt going to work knowing my luck but if it isnt too bad maybe ill do that with yuru camp. i was thinking they could just preorder but they are so big it probably is a pain to do it that way.
@@BigBAnimeTCG DHL went up 4.5% in yen they mentioned on their Jan update. So a single box USD would be ~$21 I believe which is the same for a small package so I think I'll just do ~$27 by adding in 2 boxes of something else and some sleeves to make the shipping worth it. I don't recall seeing actual prices and haven't done small orders this year yet to make note of the changes.
@lancer-lynx6323 that was my brain going back and forth between paying for 1 box and shipping or going hammergirl. multiple boxes makes it worth it. the td prices are always really nice though
Lycoris Recoil, Azur Lane and now Blue Archive I hope The Eminence in Shadow comes to Weiss from Rebirth too, I feel like it fits Weiss a lot

My strategy for buying japanese weiss, is that I buy Sealed product for japanese, and if it comes out to english, Then I buy singles for whatever I didn't pull but still want from the set. I did this for Azur Lane and will be doing it for Blue Archive.
that is a solid plan. im probably gonna do the same for laid back camp
With 45sp and 24 boxes I expect 1 sp per box....calling it now no more dead boxes 😂

And also would you cover the upcoming hololive cards?
the official website. just search weiss schwarz jp and it will come up. i find it easier to see rarity numbers untranslated. sometimes it messes up translated. then switch to translate so i can read the rest. and yes to hololive
Also they might bring more rebirth ips over to double dip they wallets
never a doubt in my mind. they love that money
I only buy English versions. So a pass for me. Plus I am not into game based/movie based sets.
i try to stay away from jp as much as possible too.

bruh blue archive is REALLY huge in japan. calling it a mini azurlane is like so outdated. but its ok. i can tell u are not familiar with it.
it is a mini azur lane. you didn't understand what I meant. Azur Lane has 4 trial decks. BA has 1. That means 16 sps vs 6. The booster box for Azur had 4 SEC and 39 sp vs 45 SP. Azur Lane art is different than BA. do you believe that everyone that buys Weiss Schwarz does so because they love the IP? I can tell you aren't familiar with the product.
