Doc, I will be taking orally Tesofensine 0.5mg first thing in the morning everyday after my daily 14-16 hour IM fasting. I also want to take BPC-157 500mcg orally daily to specifically target my horrible long term gut health. Would it be ok to take the BPC before my second meal 3-5 hours after my first meal since I'm worried two new oral pills taken at the exact same time could be to hard on my stomach/body/side effects. Thanks
We use the BPC-157 capsules from InfiniWell as they use the arginate salt. To help out, we have a 20% patient discount code on our website regenerativeperformance.com/supplements (code is RP20). Once on that website, click the InfiniWell link, and then choose the product labeled 'BPC-157 Original 250mcg'. This is the version that does not have SNAC, which we find works better.
Hi Doctor I have a question I am 16 with spinal stenosis and 3 lumbar disc herniations and 1 cervical spine disc herniation will peptide’s bpc175 and tb500 help with healing
Sorry I can't say if they will help you or not as you aren't a patient of mine. I would need to see you to better understand your situation. We have used peptides as part of a comprehensive healing approach in many patients with lumbar and cervical disc issues
decreases rate of absorption, so a very small % is broken down in the gut and not absorbed as the full peptide. While empty stomach is best, it still works fantastic when taken with food
You said in your video that the Arginate salt has better absorbtion that the acetate salt. Im confused as to why you said the opposite here@@DrewTimmermansND
Yes, we believe that this is an amazing synergistic combination. All of the animal studies are on acute injuries, and PRP injections are like a new injury in the healing response, so we commonly use BPC-157 after our PRP injections
Because that is the true original formulation of BPC-157, and is what is studied in the literature. The SNAC was added by InfiniWell and for a long time we didn't have access to the non-SNAC version. Now that we have access to the non-SNAC version, that's the one we recommend
@@DrewTimmermansND okay, do you think that SNAC could possibly enhance bioavailability of BPC in the way that it was showed to increase the bioavailability for oral formulations of semaglutide? I read a lot of good things here about promising combinations of SNAC and Semaglutide, but also that it wasn’t good with liraglutide www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9515042/
What about bpc effect on stimulants in the body. If you look back 2 to 4 years a lot of people were using this to come off stimulant abuse but it was affecting dopamine release in the brain and would make normal stimulants like cups of coffee not have any effect. I am taking oral for a shoulder injury but i notice the bottle says not to take with stimulants. Can you elaborate on this.
@@Aguynearu in my opinion it did nothing. Could be the brand. I've since read that oral doesn't really work effectively because it's absorbed through the digestive system and then distributed throughout the body. Localised injections seem to be the way to go. I ended up using a combination of joint supplements and Sarms and now my shoulder is fully healed.
we use StemRegen for almost all of our more advanced cases, which includes herniated discs. But almost all treatments for chronic herniations are just going to relieve some pain and inflammation but won't actually heal the disc, unless we inject high dose PRP into the disc. This is the only thing we have found to actually heal the discs structurally.
I disagree with this. They are saying this because pH in the stomach is less acidic at that time, but with food in the stomach the BPC stays longer. Because the arg salt is more stable in acidic environments, it can be taken on empty stomach which is more rapidly absorbed. So our recommendation is empty stomach

So is 5mg a day entirely too much??
So 4-6 months at 500mg a day orally followed by 1-2 months off cycles? I have read in some places that you only need to take for 2-4 weeks.
Cycles are tough to discuss without knowing a lot of specifics. Sometimes we never cycle, sometimes we cycle every 2-3 months.
