- Join Theo and myself as we head out for Chester Fair, presented by Pat Collins funfair
Pat Collins has returned to Chester for their most norther fun fair, and it is definitely not one to miss! Included at this fair is the Sizzler, Miami, Super Star, Dodgems, Waltzer, Ghost Train, Frogs and Tagada! AND this year, it features a Booster and a Superbob! There is also a host of juvenile rides and even it's own mini arcade!
In this vlog we show you the whole site and take you on rides too.
This is on until Monday 8th May 2023 Open every day with rides on average of £2 per ride! Rides are token based with an offer of £10 for 10 tokens, then most rides being 2 tokens from then on. Cash or card accepted at
Ride heights for Super Star 1.25m, Tagada 1.4m, Miami 4ft, Booster 1.4m
They have toilets, catering, game stalls and an arcade on site. Parking is available next to the ground for free after 6pm, or use local car parks near by.
Please note we use specific equipment to film on rides. We strongly suggest that you don't use your phone on rides.

You can't beat the power from a Lakin or Maxwell waltzer 👍 the best performing machines. That superbob was lifting near the end 😳 💪 I was howling at the black looks you got off Margo & when Theo proper t-boned those 2 kids up against the side of the dodgem track that was a loud bang 😂😂😂😅😅😅
He won't tolerate other kids on Dodgems... There only 1 number 1!! Yeah, that Superbob was probably a bit fast 😅

I love Chester fair shame to see how it has reduced in size over the years. Used to pack full of rides in the 80’s £90’s when I was as a kid you used to have walk up and down in lines to see everything. Pat Collins pays attention to every detail even the blocks for the rides. I am 43 now and every Sunday has been no/low music day. Every other day would like being at a club. And the ride cycles were so long on the Walzer and sizzler that they would finish me off. Fantastic Vlog

Hi how much are the rides for kids please. It did say you can get wristbands but I emailed pat collins and they said u can't u can buy tokens though. Looking too get 30 tokens for 30 quid. Would that get the 3 kids at least a few good rides each. Just so I know if I need too buy more. Thank you
They just do tokens... Effectively 10 tokens is £10 and rides are mostly 2 tokens, including the Waltzer and superstar. I think the kids rides are the same I think £30 will cover it for them 😊
