    Super content! Would you split the strength and plyo exercises so that you do it on 2 different days or should you mix them in one training session?

      Do them before weight training.

    Man!!! so much value in one video this guy is over delivering no fluffy talk just a lot of good and practionable things to start implementing. A thinh people have to remember is to keep consistent with their jump and strengh training.

    this is perfectly timed. I recently set a goal to dunk by freshman year. I am 12 and a few inches from the rim.

      im in my freshman year and im quite close to dunking .. but being close to rim at 12 is very good

    Hopefully I can jump higher after this cause I'm 6'3 at 14 and people expect me to dunk already but I can only dunk a volleyball

      Try going for a natural dunk attempt and whichever is your preferred jump type then that's your jump type (one foot or two)
