Hi Chao , any ideas to store large volume of coconut water , how long would it lasts and how long would it lasts for the meats after taken out ? trying to minimize the space of storing large coconuts
You may keep the water and the coconut meat refrigerated. I have an upcoming Chao-on-tour video clip whereby a shop keeps them that way... and also sell them as such

Yes, these can be frozen and yes you would need ice to blend. The ice can also be crushed.

Seems like you are using tender coconut milk. Why dont people use mature coconut milk for smoothies ?
You may use either. With smoothies, it does not matter. They will be blended equally well.
